Fabulous experience with Aytac online shop. All perishable items packed in cool bag and glass jars bubble wrapped for protection. Gorgeous tasty food 😋😋😋

We received our second order from Aytac and the Baba Ghanoush which was the main reason for ordering as it's not easy to find any where we live (although all the other items in our order are very good quality and good value too) was missing. On the phone, Jem was very helpful and sent the replacement cans by overnight delivery, adding an extra one as a bonus. We are very happy we found this company. They have a great range of Turkish and Middle Eastern foods which are among my favourites as a life-long vegetarian. Thanks very much, Jem, and I hope you try mixing the canned Baba Ghanoush with lemon, tahini, garlic, salt, pepper and some chopped coriander leaves as I suggested - it's really delicious this way and we now have enough cans to last for several months.

I’ve ordered some goods from Aytac and this time had some trouble with the delivery due to mishandling from the courier company. However, one of Aytac’s team members, Jem was very kind and patient in guiding me through each step, even when my parcel arrived on time he checked if everything was fine. I’ve been occasionally ordering goods from Aytac must say that the quality is great! As for their service, as I learned from my experience they always put their customers first, which is highly important for me and I will definitely buy again from Aytac! So, if you are looking for some great quality Turkish, Bulgarian, Greek, Balkan or Mediterranean food, Aytac is the best shop to go for!

There are artificial ingredients in their products. I asked on their Facebook page when they are planning to stop this, they ignored my message. The reason I am leaving this feedback is because I want to purchase some of their products but I can't as they have no ethics about giving their customers good, healthy food..

Very fast delivery, my order arrived the next day and very impressed with the packing, packed very well. Definitely, I will order again from them.

I have ordered a few frozen, chilled and non-chilled products from the northwest of England. They arrived within 3 days. A couple of frozen products were started to melt (thanks to heatwaves in the UK I suppose) so we contacted them. Cem from their online chat facility helped us to solve the issue within minutes. We have not tried the products yet but the brands look decent to us. We will definitely order again.

I ordered three times from Aytac. My items arrived quick and packed well. I will keep ordering again and again. When l contacted Aytac and spoke with Cem, he helped me in everyway.

I live in Jersey channel islands and it's very hard to get any of the products which I like over here I needed to wait for some sellers from Ebay or Amazon to but new products and the prices are over the moon, thank you aytac food for products and your prices which are very good it took two days for my order to be delivered and the big thank is for (Mr Cem )who helped me and my friends over her to make sure that our orders are taking care of and he went the extra mile with his costumer service thank you again Mr Cem for your help you are a credit for aytac

Second time we had ordered: I was notified by email that the order had been collected by courier Friday afternoon 28/05 - then courier messaged to say delivery scheduled for Tuesday 01/60/21 (after the Bank Holiday). We had chilled produce part of the order, so called the mobile number for customer service (this was after 5.00pm). Really nice chap - Cem - took my call and sorted it really quickly and professionally. After calling back to confirm that our order was now being delivered Saturday 29/05. And it was delivered Saturday just after 1.00pm and was just as expected! We live in Essex (i.e. "out of London") - so possibly that was why the collection/delivery mix-up. But I was very impressed not just with the "customer service", but with Cem's attitude and approach. We will be back for a third order! Thank you Aytac AND Cem!

So happy I found this company. I can only say they are excellent. Ordered it on Thursday and got it delivered today. Spoke to Jem on the phone . He was very polite and I can only say it again : excellent customer service. Fast and reliable. Will definitely buy again from this company.

Fantastic customer service. I asked for order to be delivered as soon as poss and it arrived 5 hours after placing it, and we're just outside London, at no especially expensive cost. Got my separate address instructions bang on and called back to double check. Super helpful, thank you!!

Amazing service , couldn’t of asked for any better they go above and beyond. I called up and spoke to a couple of girls on the help desk then I have been in contact with Jem , Jem helped in every way possible and spoke to the Manchester branch and the guys in Manchester where equally amazing , it’s really nice to deal with actual people that care about situations how ever small your order it felt like I ordered thousands of pounds worth of stock with just how good the customer service is.
I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who hand delivered our order to my front door but again A+ Customer service and such a nice guy . Thanks again guys xx
