Goods: £30 minimum spend for free delivery, always some freebies with orders. If anything not in stock replace with double amount.

Bads: not enough products and delivery can take 3 to 5 days.

I experienced excellent customer service from Jem. He accomodated my allergies, rectified non-sent items and sourced items reportedly not available online.
He was the most pleasant experience during lockdown food buying online, and I would recommend buying from this business

Have ordered from Aytac Foods more than once, and generally the quality of the food is very good - excellent value and very prompt shipping. However, on the last occasion two items (boxes of chocolate covered nuts and fruit) were packed on their side in the carton, and subsequently one broke in transit, scattering its contents all over the box and packaging, some of it escaping through the bottom of the box. As these were intended as gifts unfortunately I had to throw one away. I notified Aytac with a photo of the damaged item, but sadly got no response even after waiting a few days.
Would I buy from Aytac again? Possibly, if it is an item I cannot obtain elsewhere, but the upshot is, if there is a problem with your order, don’t expect a reply :(

Postscript - I have since been contacted by Aytac who have both apologised for the inconvenience and offered to refund me for the damaged item; they have also kindly offered a discount on my next order. Accordingly I have edited this review to reflect the level of service I have received.

Items arrived 5 days after dispatch, unrefrigerated so had to throw half my order. Contacted the company many times but no joy - no refund or re- delivery offered. Total waste of money and time.

I been deal with many different companies in UK but to be honest this company is the best company I ever seen in my life especially MR Jem ,all the time he gave me very good service and response to any issues with the delivery ( he is one in a million) the the company is the best company definitely I keep ordering .

I ordered cartons of sour cherry juice, cheeses, soaps and shampoo bars from this seller, a fairly large quantity of them. These are high quality items from Turkey, Greece, Syria etc made with natural ingredients at very competitive prices. I liked the fact that I could pay them with Paypal.
The order arrived quickly by DHL. The cheeses arrived in a freeze bag so were kept fresh this way (the bag looks reusable, too). The seller even threw in a few freebies which look tasty, many thanks to you. I will definitely be reordering from you in the future,

My first order with Aytac and I'm delighted to have discovered their on line shop. Everything was superbly well packaged and the delivery was very quick.

I can't get to my usual Turkish shop to stock up on specialist items so had to switch to on line shopping.
Something I could never find was Aytac Bulgarian Sheep’s Milk Cheese. I’ve really missed it ! However, having discovered the Aytac online store, now I won't be without it ! Other similar cheeses that I’ve tried have had nowhere near the same level of flavour. I’ve stocked up on lots of other lovely goodies too and can highly recommend this company.

Ordered 2 days ago and arrived today. Very well packaged, chilled items packed in a cooling bag - Items priced reasonable. I'll shop again and highly recommend aytacfood.co.uk

Cheapest place to order Turkish products. They should add more stuff on their stock though. £30 spend free delivery and always throwing some freebies with each order.
