Do not order with this company. They just take money out of your bank account and didn’t send anything to you. I send them e-mails,but there’s no response.

Ordered from them, delivery date passed, no explanation, no new delivery date. Emailed 3 times, no response. Have now started a claim back through my bank. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered through this scam company. Waste of time and money.

If I know that this company belongs to Carethy website, I would never ordered, I had f**king terrible experience with Carethy, and I guess the next one with Biuky is coming. F**KiNG SCAMMERS

Money paid, my order never arrived.

Did not receive my order. I ordered here because it's suppose to be delivered within between 9 and 12 working days but now it's almost a month and no status of my order the scam company

My order was two Melvita avocado oil, however, I didn’t receive two Melvita avocado oil, instead, I have received one avocado oil and, the second product was argon oil in a avocado oil box. I believed someone had changed or swapped the argon oil in the avocado oil box purposely. As I open the package, the argon oil dropped off the box of the avocado oil. I was trying to contact Biuky via the links given but I couldn’t even send my message.

it is a scam! I ordered from Switzerland. they never shipped anything. in their website shows in processing. They never respond to any email or inquiry through their website!

I ordered some supplements from Biurky.
My order was acknowledged and tracking details sent. The only hold up was British customs at Heathrow. My order arrived within the advised timeframe.

Goods promised, no delivery. No Customer Services to speak of, you can log your complaint but there is never any acknowledgement.

Total scam it seems

I had read the terrible reviews on here but went ahead and ordered from them as no other company had what I wanted.
I was told that it would be delivered in 9-12 working days.
I can confirm that tracking was spot on and it was delivered on day 6.
My items came from Barcelona via Girona and the Netherlands.
Phew…just teaches me not to believe everything you read online.

A lesson in not checking companies that I've not heard of before ordering. It's a scam...likely a fake company. Same experience as everyone else...paid for a product, no response to requests for order updates

I have placed an order to Switzerland and tried to cancel it after a couple of hours but they did not respond to my written inquiry via their website. I also found an email address and the email could not be delivered. Tried their phone number and an automatic response says in Spanish that it does not exist. Looks indeed like a scam and I am ready to continue the escalation until I receive my money back.

Do not buy from this website. No order arrived and no response to any of the emails you send via the form which is the only way to contact.
You’re basically giving them your money for nothing.

Very disappointed. They don't even deserve 1 star. I never received my order after a month and when contacted via their contact form, no email confirmation was received. I tried many times and nothing. Waste of money. Their web needs to shut down.
