This company is a disgrace
This company is a disgrace. I placed an order in January and have never received the goods. They took payment at the time of ordering. Have been on website over 25 times to chase up and had absolutely no response at all. It is now 3 months later and no product delivered or refund. This is a scam and should be called out as such.

Finally. A refund
Finally -after 28 emails (which to sister company Carethy's credit were always replied to). I received my full refund on 7th February.
It appears my returned package was not accepted at the address provided by Carethy/Bluky because they were 'absent'. It was available for their collection at the local Post Office -which they haven't done. How can a Company provide a return address and then that address not be available for delivery? Shambolic. I still have no refund and their Customer Service continues to stonewall and prevaricate. I'm beginning to think this Company is a scam operation.
The products have been tracked as returned on the 20th December. I have received no update or refund to my account.
The products I have bought are incorrectly described and so I need to return them. There is no return form packaged with my order
The Contact Us webform does not accept the UK Order Number I have been given. There is no telephone number to contact the Company. I have emailed the company at the Support address of the associate company Carethy. I received an email reply within 24 hours, and the product has been sent back to Carethy on the same day.
I will update this review if/when I have received a refund

My personal experience,I did not see these reviews before I made the purchase on Biuky.Everything seemed fine until I didn't find the updates on my order moving upwards.That's when I contacted them via email,reading few reviews from here & yes that's the only way to contact them..just hoping to get their response which they did!but might take a day or two.I received my order 3-4 days after their given delivery date.I received genuine products & also Refund for the items missing in my order.I will definitely buy from them again,as they're fair in communicating & delivery came via Parcel force in very good condition,hardly any leaks.But yes keep back & forth with the emails so you know where you stand with your order.Theyre good!
