I have ordered three times from this site and received all my orders…not sure what is happening with the rest of the people giving bad reviews…but I have had no issues

After a couple of bad reviews about my order BIU-GB-2110070953360b270 I received the rest of my order, a week after the first parcel. I have to say that still been impossible to contact with them but at least I have the products I paid for. The communication with them is awful, to follow your tracking is not useful at all, but I received it. Thanks

Worried i now won't get my order. How do I cancel this? I ordered expensive vitamins for the child.

I have been waiting for my product since 1month plus and I can't get hold of anyone at all. What should we do?

Placed an order and recieved it faster than I thought of sheet face masks. Everything arrived as ordered and faster than ecpected!

This website is a scam, i ordered my stuff and nothing untill today after three weeks . No reply after sending them alot of inquiries . Dont use this website please they are robbers and i am absolutely going to sue them .

useless website, impossible ordering specific products, and impossible actually contacting anybody to sort the issue, since you cant contact them without an order number. I can´t believe how badly thought this is.

I placed an order on 27th July for a total of 13 ‘Cristallinas’ Reed diffusers. The order wasn’t processed until 7th August, and then arrived on 14th August. 4 items were out of stock, but the refund was processed when the order was processed, for the missing items.
Having read almost 100% bad reviews, I was convinced that I would not receive my items, and not be able to get any money back……I have to say that apart from the extremely long wait time (hence my 4 stars, and not 5 stars) I am extremely happy! The price of the Reed diffusers is unbelievably cheap, compared to the ones you can buy in the UK (which is few & far between), and I wouldn’t hesitate in ordering again!
I felt compelled to write a review…..it just goes to show that not everything is as it seems 😊

I ordered from Biuky by Carethy and got wrong order. Trying to use their contact form and how convenient it's shut down! These can't be reached anywhere or in any way. But like 5h ago someone from Carethy posted a reply on truspilot lol seeing others also having this problem. I wouldn't order anything from these sites ppl. I will try find some entity to contact to give them both some headache.. That's a promise Biuky, unless you find a way to reach out to me or fix your contact form on your website!

Appalling service. Never received my items. The contact form doesn’t work. Two months after placing the order when both items ordered were supposedly in stock, never received anything and trying to get in touch with them and have a full refund. Don’t buy anything. They are trying to get away with it until you give up. Never again. It’s a pity I never read the reviews before ordering.

This site will only steal your money and never deliver your product. Its been over 2 months and I have still not received my order. and when you write a complaint on the site, it doesn't go through. don't shop on this site.

I regret that I bought a product from…
I regret that I bought a product from them. It is impossible to contact the company. I wanted to exchange the item for another one but I don’t do it because there is a huge chance that I will loose the one I bought and will never see another one. After reading other’s opinion I was lucky that I received my order. I paid much more for product than it normally costs. I could be more careful.They have high prices so it is not recommendable to shop there.

They keep the money, and I don’t receive the products

I was just about to pay but wondered why you can't use paypal and why you have to put your card details in. So I decided to look at these reviews, so glad I did !.
