Worried i now won't get my order. How do I cancel this?

DO NOT ORDER from them. My products never arrived. They took the money and don't answer emails. Getting an attorney because they are deceitful stealing people's money!

This is a scam website. The product never came and they don't answer on emails! Do not order anything from here !

I wish i had read these reviews before purchasing from this company. I bought an Elemis Superfood Facial Oil and when it arrived it was nothing like the picture on the website and marked for professional use only and not for resale. Several emails later they want to give me 11 euros off my next purchase! I want a refund and to never purchase another product from them! i now can't get a response from my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered an Elemis Marine cream women's moisturiser in September and was sent a SAMPLE of an Elemis men's product. It is a salon sample which says not for resale. I flagged up the mistake and was promised a refund. It is now December and after three more emails I have still had nothing - they claim to have so many refunds to do mine is far down the line. Buy elsewhere is my advice.

Avoid! One star is to much. Goods out of stock no refund from 26th September. l get same email stating it is an I.T.problem.

One star is ten too many ordered 4months ago was told 7days after that goods out of stock still no refund all I get is same email stating it is an I.T.problem I am now taking legal advice stay away from this company

I ordered some elemis eye renewal cream. My order arrived in just 7 days but was something totally different. I've contacted them 3 times no reply even though it says they reply in 24 hours. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought anything they are thieves. Do not use these people .

Don't buy anything from this company. I've been waiting 1 month for a product that they say would arrive in 3 days, nobody answers, nobody says anything, they are irresponsible and they don't care about their customers. Before buying, look at the references and make no mistake, just a horrible experience and a BAD COMPANY.

I have ordered over 2 weeks ago. My order was not fulfilled. I contacted customer service with no luck. Do not trust!

They are literally thieves! they cancelled my order after 10 days and promised to refund me in 10 days. it's been 40 days and no refund yet. I have no idea how to take legal action upon these scumbags specially during this situation

I too will add my comments and frustration in my dealings with this unethical business. It appears that fraudulent behaviour is their modus operandi: advertise cheap prices (clearly too good to be true!), take your money and then fail to deliver. On the rare occasion they bother to respond to repeated requests for a reimbursement, it’s the standard "problems with the payment platform and can’t refund money at the moment”. This is called theft. If you have experienced similar, my advice is to seek rectification through your credit card provider – Biuky made no effort to reimburse my payment to them. Incidently, Biuky also trade under the name Carethy.

This site is a scam - they use google shopping to list discounted prices on products they don't have any stock in. When you put the order through, you are automatically charged and then given a delivery date. However, they may forget to purchase the stock, and then you never receive the order. When asked for a refund, their customer service came back with some standard response and did not issue me with a refund. Do not trust this retailer.

Similar issues to everyone else....ordered, then email stating product not available, promised a refund, 14 days, nothing, contact again, promised refund but still nothing. Nothing short of theft and deception. Someone somewhere please take legal action.......crooks through and through. They haven't even replied to my last email chasing refund...I give up.

Scam Company! Wish I would read reviews prior to my order. I ordered 4 items, received in a month 3 of them, and never received refund for remaining item.

Giving them one star out of five, is too good a review.

Product damaged upon arrival due to poor wrapping. Was offered 50% discount in compensation, but 1,5 month later I haven't seen any compensation. Poor customer service, who takes forever to answer emails.

They might be cheap, but they are equally bad.
