It is a SCAM!
I ordered some products from BIUKY by Carethy but I've never got them. I asked for a refund and their support told me the refund will occur in next 14 working days which already have passed. I try to contact them, but there is no answer. I have checked the company on Google maps and people have a similar experience.

It's awful!!! I wish I read the reviews before ordering. First I ordered and was charged, then created an account on the site: biuky. Never got a confirmation email. When I entered my account there was no order. So I wrote the customer service. I'm still waiting for the reply. PLEASE! Stay aware of this site!

Im hairdresser, i wanna buy a hair cut machine ,, the prices was very very cheap that's make me think its fake, so i research about biuky, and im lucky i find out the truth

I am based in Singapore and I paid for two products worth more than $100 in 2016 but never received them. I emailed customer service again and again but no response. This is when I realised this business is a fraud

SCAM! This company took my money and never delivered my order. When you try to contact them the page goes to an error message. I contacted my bank who informed me that Biuky wrongfully used my card details to set up an ongoing payment !!!!!! Please anyone who can, contact your bank and have them blocked.
I cannot understand why this "company" is still allowed to trade. Absolutely terrible.

Be very wary of this company. I paid for goods, did not receive and then was told I would receive a refund 14 working days later. Still no money. They have had my money since February

Biuky is a scam, placed order and made payment still no response.

Made an order online. Had email the next day to say my purchase was on its way- that was 3 weeks ago. Latest date for delivery was Feb 25th. I have emailed the orders department and used the contact page - which is useless. No response from Biuky. Won't be using this company again.

I have placed my order , after 2 weeks I asked them where is it , they told me they are out of some things in stock that’s why my order was not shipped yet . They asked my to replace missing items and told I need to pay the difference lol. After struggling with them whole day and trying to get my order done they simply cancelled it . The worst company

Please don't ever order from the company!! This company is a Fake Company!! They will take your money and you will never receive your order!! They need to be stopped!!
Lucky for them that they are located in a different country because things would be bad for them!! Companies (people) like this are the real Terrorist!!

I never recieved my order. I never heard from them. I mailed them after two months and that is when they inform me they do not have products in stock. It is just fishy. I recommend staying away!

I am not sure if I will get my refund. Will update my comment if I get one!

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed order. This is a scam company. Neither order received and I ordered months ago. Asking me to send scanned photo ID and signature with affidavit to them to start a process of refund. It is very dodgy. I will seek legal advise as they shouldn't get away with this

I ordered my item at the end of May and as of today, August 16, the item has never arrived. Agree with the other bad experiences they do not provide you with answers and have effectively stolen my money.... Should have read these reviews before using them. This is the downside of online purchasing. I hope they shut down.

I never received my product up till now. I will never buy from them again. There is no way to contact them besides their automated system. I've sent emails and they have an automatic response. They said my product has reach the destination origin but I have not received anything. The tracking number was invalid. Wasted money and time.

Please read before place order!My wife order 2 perfumes from biuky,thay took money immediately,they promise will ship items in next few days,after 10 days she ask about update,will ship soon they answer,after 12 days they say no item in stock!Now wait for refund 2 weeks still nothing...i think to contact bank and ask fro charge-back!Avoid at any cost!!!!

Ordered items on April 19 received on May 4.
Everything delivered my in order was perfect.
After reading other reviews I was certain my order would never arrive!
However, I am very happy with price and items received.
I would use this company again but would allow for a slow delivery.
Overall, I am very pleased.

This is my 4th time ordering from them, I hope to order from them more. Although it takes them long to deliver whatever item is needed, they still do send it and it is all genuine. Only problem I have noticed is their speed otherwise great company, cheap, genuine goods

ordered over a month ago - was to be delivered in a week - not received - no communication - does not look good

Took my money, but never received anything. No replies to my emails. Basically they are thieves and should be in prison for robbing people over internet.
