I ordered Naturtint hair dye from this company without researching them first. I then read the reviews on here and became concerned however, my order was delivered intact and complete within the time advised.
I didn't have any problems with this company, but then l didn't have any dealings with their customer service department.
As for recommending them, well as l said, l received my order without any issues.

This company is part of a set of online stores owned by bilua-com.

The following brands are part of the same group of scammers from Barcelona: kidits, wellindal, miscota, biuki, carethy.

Stay away fron them. They are committing fraud globally and this has been going on fir several years. Bilua eCommerce SL is the legal entity registered in Spain behind the scam.

If you have been a victim, report it to your local authorities. You can also report to the Spanish police. Google "policia nacional fraude internet"

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE PAID FOR A L'OREAL HAIR PRODUCT WHICH SIMPLY HAS NOT ARRIVED AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH. COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE.

I ordered on 14 Dec 18, with a promised delivery date of between 1 and 8 Jan 18: still no sign of the order as at 23 Jan 18. There is no apparent way of contacting the company. E-mails are bounced back marked as 'undeliverable'. The company is shown as being a NZ company, but they are in fact a Spanish company based (apparently) in Barcelona. Do not trust Biuky.

ordered on 28/12 not showing as having left for delivery yet. no way to contact them. listed as New Zealand company then see it is Spanish? company. tried to contact have to renew password, link is fake and does not let you do this.
Very angry right now.
have been robbed. fraudulent company with no way of contacting them. do not purchase from Buiky!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered products on 12th Dec for delivery on 22nd Dec (presents for Xmas). Still no delivery in Jan 2018. The same automated email reply to all my queries. No phone no to contact. Zero customer service. Do not use this company.

Haven’t got my order and email is undelivered. Shocking.

I payed for an OralB oxy jet, THREE months ago and have not received my parcel. I have tried all avenues to contact them but cannot.!!! I get “undelivered mail” and return

Ordered six weeks ago, products said to be available immediatly. They took my money three days later. That was fast.

I have then written them every two weeks, and reveived automatic answers explaing that one of their suppliers hadn't delivered the products. But that they would send them to me, and thanked me for trusting them, that customers were their number 1 priority, bla bla bla. Prices are often very attractive... now I undestand why!

Fake website do not order from them. scammers reported them already.

Awful service ever. I didn't get my order. But I had payed. Money were not returned. Never use this service! They are swindlers!

They are criminals pure and simple.
The next time I'm in Barcelona or the UK I plan to drop by and let them know what I think of being robbed over the Internet.

i suppose to receve an order, but becuse an issue they told me that i cant receve my item..so i ask for my refound and they say ''yes no problem''...
im waiting already a month ....and they keep going say that there is an issue but they will refound me...

I paid for express delivery on 10th May 2017. My order took 10 days, but was not complete as a lipstick was not in stock - still has not arrived on 25th May. The shampoo had leaked all over the other items, and the spray on a hair mist does not work. I wrote and complained and my email was delivered but I received no reply. I wrote again and highlighted it in red, and my email bounced back!

This is the second time I've ordered from Biuky, now I remember why I thought it wasn't a good idea to order again. They are slow to deliver, they often don't have the items in stock, although they are shown as available on their website. It is difficult to find out how to contact them.Try going to contact us at bottom of page, then click 'modify my order' (even if you don't want to!) then you will get a page up to enable you to send them a message. You will note that the chap in Barcelona is pleased with them, I believe they are based there, so not much can go wrong. It was only on escalation of my problem from payment in full for 7 items on 23 April, notification soon after that two were unavailable, then going to PayPal to notify them of non-delivery of any items; that I immediately received a response from Biuky - saying that a further two items weren't available, then another that the remainder was on its way... So I would advise you, if you want good prices on genuine goods and are prepared to wait, still use them, but pay via PayPal which has some buyer protection.

Update 1: 3 items received 18th May (order 23rd April) will advise when credit for not in stock items received.

Update 2: They conned me into cancelling my PayPal dispute, saying they could only release the refund if case was closed. I complied, but never received my £107 for the two items!

I had a terrible experience with the BIUKY.com online purchase.I did not receive my purchase and the customer service is an answering machine. No answer.

I appreciate any advice on how to follow up with authorities in London for this fraud.

I did not receive my purchase. When l wrote to"customer service" there was no reply. Its the worst experience l have ever had with on line shopping. Do not use this company. They are depending on no-one taking legal action over a bottle of scent. I smell a rat.

Another company who make it as difficult as they can for customer to get in touch. Infact you cannot contact them unless you have ordered. States free postage over a certain amount but when at checkout it adds a whopping £15 on total. Use it at your peril.

I ordered some Maybelline Dream Matt Mousse. Biuky stated delivery in 3-5 days. I did not get any form of order confirmation and therefore had no order number. At day 7 I attempted to contact Biuky only to find there is no customer services contact number. I clicked on 'Order Status' only to find I needed an order number (which I hadn't been provided with). I then checked reviews on this company to find this is a common issue and many customers have been waiting months for their orders, still haven't received them and cannot get their money back. All I can say is thank God I paid through Paypal! I have opened a dispute and if Biuky do not respond and refund me within 20 days I can escalate to a claim and get my money back.
