They are FAKE! Total silence. Money gone, product is ‘in transit’ forever. Don’t go there!

Paid £35 for 6 bottles of batiste, told 7-10 days to arrive and it’s still not here a month later. Sure enough they took my money straight away. Wish I’d have checked trust pilot first!!

Don't use. Ordered 31st June they said 7 day delivery. No reply when I chased via messaging on the website. Then when I cancelled the order they did not refund till 14th September. Very poor service and communication

After over TWO months delay and my banks intervention I have now got my money back. Hooray.

A TOTAL SCAM.
If you cancel the order you will NOT get your money back.
They will add it to your account plus 10%.
This is more than a scam it is a CRIMINAL organisation.

Ordered 2 cans of batiste on the 9th of August 2023. Told delivery was 7-10 days. I still haven't received my order and they haven't responded to 3 emails. Don't waste your money!!

I ordered a Marine Collagen powder product over 3 weeks ago at a cost of $74. This from Biuky in Australia. The order has not arrived, and sadly emails and the contact us option is useless. No response whatsoever after 4 tries. I have clearly been ripped off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I had made payment for my Declare Caviar Extra Nourishing cream, which was a repeat order, on 27 July 2023. The payment was debited from my bank account on the 28 July 2023. However, to-date, I had not received my order. When I try to track my order, the status was cancelled. I wrote in a week ago to quiry and there was no respond. This is the first time I encountered this issue. For my last few orders, the delivery was prompt and in good conditions.

Don't buy from this company. You will not receive your item.

I ordered some products from them on the 8th of August and no status update regarding the order.
I already tried to contact them via their contact form but without success.
Now I waiting for my reimbursement but have low hopes that I will get my money back.

I made an £65 order to this company on the 1st August and advised 7 -10 days delivery , Here I am 22 days later, no response to 3 emails, and if I could give this company a 0 I would. They should not be allowed to trade , DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This was for a birthday present. Very very disappointed, quick enough to take my money.

Do not buy from this company. Items never turned up. No communication. Had to get my bank to reverse the payment.

BE AWARE THAT IF YOU ORDER IN SWITZERLAND, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY IMPORT TAXES!

THIS IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE ON THE BIUKY/CARETHY WEBSITE!

FOR AN ORDER OF 120CHF, I HAD TO PAY 32CHF TAXES IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.

THE VENDOR HENCE TRIES TO HIDE IMPORTANT COSTS TO THE BUYER.

BE CAREFUL WITH THEM IF YOU CANNOT AVOID THEM!

They do not acknowledge that I ordered SPF6 or they seem to think that SPF isn't important.
Doubt this will receive any different treatment

Customer service is telling me the product is the right one - well I know that but no one is acknowledging that they didn’t send the right amount

When i read reviews i was afraid that it is scam. Than i wrote to customer support, no reply…. But i have received it!!! Nut after one month) still happy that i get it)

This site it’s a scam. I paid almost one month ago for some products, I paid £7.99 for the shipping and I never received my order. I tried to contact them many times and nobody answered. I didn’t get my order or a refund or an answer. I lost £36 basically. Don’t order from them are scammers

I read reviews on here after ordering, and was quite alarmed, and sure I'd made a big mistake, BUT I have to say my order arrived safely, and the tracking provided was accurate. It took over a week for the Royal Mail tracking to show they'd got the package, but on the Carethy tracking, entries kept updating its movement across the EU. I would have given 5 stars but for not discovering the items were being shipped from overseas until after I'd placed the order. If you're prepared to wait a bit longer to save a few pounds, then this isn't a problem. I haven't had any reason to complain, and I would buy from them again.

Very bad. I had 2 good purchases with them but the 3 time something went wrong with the webpage and my order was wrong. I contacted them directly to get my order cancelled but they did not reply.

Afterwards they told me that they could not help me and that I wouldn't be compensated. Worst customer service ever. Very rude and not helpful. Do not expect to get your money back or anything if something happens. Most likely they will ignore you.

My order did not arrive.
I am now asked to print out and scan a filled out hand written Affidavit, Swear I have have not received the order And provide ID with signature!!!!! so they can supposedly send this to the carrier!!!!! I don't believe this.
This sounds like identity theft and fraud!
