DID NOT SHOW UP OR ANSWER THE PHONE. CONNMEN, COWBOYS AND COWARDS.

Was supposed to deliver assault course at 9am for family christening. Did not turn up, would not answer phone, when I fid get in contact they asked me what I ordered and then said it had torn. Asked them what they were bringing in replacement and they were dumbfounded and didn't have a clue. Lots of very upset children! DO NOT USE!!!!

As with all the other reviews on here, booked but did not show. Spoke an hour before delivery and was told would be on time. An hour later was told would be an hour late. Then no one turned up and phone went off, no reply, no return calls, nothing.

This was a CHARITY day in aid of help for heroes, which Jonathan knew. He has upset hundreds of local punters and cost a great cause a lot of money as we were charging for each go, to go direct to the charity.

We are in the process of seeking legal counsel to recover some of the losses the charity has experienced as a result of this but in the mean time others need to be warned to stay well clear of these charlatans to avoid having your day ruined by their total ignorance of common decency.

USE THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR PERIL !!!!! didn’t turn up – got through on the phone, they said they were running late and then ignored all phone calls to see where they were. Sometimes they answered then hung up - very professional ! wouldn’t touch these cowboys with a barge pole they don’t deserve to be in business. Only scored them 1 star because there is no option for none.

DO NOT USE THESE!!!! THEY ARE JUST COWBOYS WHO WILL LET YOU DOWN!!!! We booked the Scooby Doo Bouncy Castle for a Halloween party over a month ago but it didn't turn up. Within the online contract it stated that the bouncy castle would be at our house for 10am, come 10.20am I rang and there was no answer. At 10.45am I rang again and got someone who sounded like they had just woke up or was hung over (Jonathan), he told me that there was a problem with the driver but the castle would be with us by 11.30am. At 12.15 I rang and was told the driver was stuck in St Helens but would be with us by 1.30pm. By this time the guests had already arrived for the Halloween Party. At 1.45pm I rang the number again and got a load of abuse from Jonathan before he hung up and turned off his phone. NOBODY turned up with a castle and Jonathan's phone was turned off for the remainder of the day... The funny thing is after ringing around other companies to try and get another bouncy castle, as soon as I asked if they had a bouncy castle for that day ALL OF THEM said "Have you been let down by BOUNCE XTREME" before telling me that this is something that happens on a regular occasion, one company asked what bouncy castle we had ordered, and when we said, the guy said he doesn't even own that castle!!

I just wish we would have read the feedback from people first because then we wouldn't have touched these cowboys with a bargepole!!!!

Needless to say, we had a lot of very disappointed children yesterday!!!

Booked online for my daughters 4th birthday well in advance. Contacted the day of as we still hadn't heard anything from them.
We found out them at they was running late due to a fun day and that our castle wasn't available due to it now being damaged.
No contact was made by them
It was booked at 11am
After numerous phone calls with no answers and when you did get through you got a rude arrogant man who didn't care and more interested in his big jobs.
When it finally came at 2pm after the kids had been here for 2 hours the driver was more bothered about his next job.
I told him I don't care about you next job I care about my daughters birthday.
I told him to put it up on the front lawn and I was gonna ring the manager as he was saying it would still be full price even though I only wanted it for another 2 hours of the original booked 5.
When I walked into ring the manager he got in his van and drove off.
I have not heard from them since.
They are a rude arrogant inconsiderate company who care only about their big jobs not for children's birthday.
What company would let children down on their birthday and not care.
Please do not use this company that is heavily recommend that you don't.

I booked a bouncy castle for a street get together. I had problems initially as I didn't receive email confirmation to state it was booked. I rung and spoke to them and they assured it was booked and eventually sent an email confirmation a few days later. That maybe should've sent alarms bells!!

The day of the party the bouncy castle was booked for 12, and didn't show, I tried to ring and left a few voice mails. Me thinking they had just been delayed. I tried to ring again, this time getting through to Jonathan. When I explained who I was and we were still waiting, he hung up!!!

After a few desperate calls to local firms we managed to get a replacement.

I would strongly advise to steer well clear of these rude rude people. They do not care about the people, in fact children they let down.

Didn't show up for a booking made for my sons birthday. Left a lot of children disappointed, and when I called to enquire whereabouts, was told a pack of lies about any intentions of coming, eventually gave up having my calls ignored. Disgraceful. Do not use.

My dad ordered a bouncy castle for a party we were having at his house. A frozen themed bouncy castle was chosen.
On the day, the item was late. My dad rang, they answered sounding tired like he'd woken them up or they were hungover. My dad asked where the bouncy castle was and he was hung up on. No apology no explanation. Dad kept trying to ring they never answered. I then ended up having to purchase a bouncy castle from smyths costing around the £60 mark. It was too small for all the children there to be able to join in but was better than nothing.
Today is Monday. This happened Sunday. I cannot find a Facebook page to complain on (their website has a link but doesn't take me there it says either closed or a secret group ) so I'm spreading the word. We had upset children and a day that should have been special almost ruined. This was the first time our family would get to meet my brothers children as they live in Australia everything was planned and the main attraction never showed.
I don't always read reviews especially long ones. I apologies for the length of this post but please avoid this company. Don't put your special day in their hands because it's likely to get ruined!

Booked a castle from Bounce Xtreme months ago for my sons 2nd birthday party yesterday. They phoned the day before and I was given 8:45am as the time it would be delivered. By 10:30am and with no sign i phone them to check what time they would be there. No answer, so I text just saying I was just checking the delivery time. No reply, I tried to phone more and no one ever answered. They left my son with no castle on his birthday, with no explination, no apology nothing. I wrote on their facebook page asking for an explination and they just delete posts that aren't praising them. Have since found these reviews and Google reviews and comments on my status on Facebook about them saying they have done the same to them, for charity functions as well as children's parties. I have not seen or heard one good review of this company. PLEASE STEER WELL CLEAR, THEY LET YOUR CHILDREN DOWN WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD.

I booked a bouncy castle for my sons 3rd bithday. Rang them as they weren't there on time said they was running late but woukd def be there before the party started. Didnt turn up and put phone down on me than wouldnt answer any calls. Totally unreliable.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before booking with Bounce xtreme! They were over an hour and a half late for a 2hour party. They changed their drop off route so said they could only offer a princess castle not the hello kitty that I'd booked. When they finally did arrive the 'indoor' bouncy castle was filthy- covered in mud, even had vomit on it. I demanded a refund and insisted they took it away without letting any kids on it. Guy who runs the company tried to refuse a refund over the phone but guy setting up agreed it was a disgrace. DO NOT BOOK, THEY'LL RUIN YOUR PARTY.

Totally unreliable! We booked and they confirmed the booking via email, we even rang them the morning of the party to confirm but they never turned up. Kept sending our phone calls to voicemail but answered when we rang from a new number, then hung up when they realised it was us. Totally spoilt our day. Three other people posted on their FB page the same day bout them not turning up, but they just deleted our posts then blocked us.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. All day we waited and waited with 4 phone calls to them and 4 times reassured they where coming and they didn't turn up no apologies or warning. you truly will be rsiking it booking these guys
