Avoid these scammers at all costs

I would give no stars if i could ordered father christmas to visit for two children age 2 and 4 they didnt turn up and didnt contact me to let me inow. Children very upset. DO NOT USE

Do not use!!! Ordered a bull for our works do with 100 members of staff waiting. Paid in full with a contract. Ignored contact all day, reading our messages and didn’t show up. This company need to be shut down asap.

I booked a bouncy castle in advance for my son’s 4th birthday party. It stated 12pm approximately but by 12.30 I was panicking so called the number on my confirmation. No answer so waited until 1pm again no answer. By 1.30 everyone was turning up with no bouncy castle. The number eventually answered took my name but then put the phone down. I texted but again no answer then the number blocked me! I had a 4 year old crying. Caused me lots of stress! I will not ever book from you again! Not sure how you even make any business if you don’t turn up!

Avoid like the plague. No show after numerous promises for a wedding hire. Let down the morning of, no picking up the phone. Run by cowboys avoid being disappointed

Really disappointed with Bounce Xtreme. They didn’t show up to our event and didn’t let us know in advance. We tried calling but couldn’t get through—just voicemail. It caused a lot of stress on the day. Communication and reliability were seriously lacking. Wouldn’t recommend based on our experience.

Got to the time they were supposed to drop off and nobody came even though I had messaged earlier in the day... called and called, said they would find out what was happening then didn't cam back! Left with nothing and said they couldn't deliver today. That's it...

Do not deal with this company! Took my money .. was supposed to hire bull and castle and never turned up! Was for a 60th and 7th joint birthday party! Never received my deposit back either! Disgusting service! DO NOT TRUST THEM... still waiting on £75 back

Seriously don’t use these cowboys. Booked a rodeo. Paid £75 deposit he confirmed a few days before my party. Day of party an hour after they were due I had to ring as there was no decency of a phone call. He told me it would be another hour! I turned the guys away when they finally arrived 2 hours late. Needless to say I haven’t had my deposit back and I had a lot of disappointed friends and family! AVOID

I'd give them a -10 if I could it's a scam u pay a deposit and then on the day they don't turn up and blank ya calls
They will be stopped ....
I paid a £75 deposit for a Buckarooo for 25+ kids made at least 20 calls wouldn't answer .. then called on a different number answered straight away !!

Did not turn up with bouncy castle, does not answer phone or texts or emails!

We planned a party and this guy Jonathan ruined it. Obviously gets a thrill from leaving young children disappointed as from reading other reviews Im clearly not the first!

Didn't turn up at all. Absolutely appalling man. This isn't even a scam as no money changed hands so I can only assume he ruins childrens' parties out of pure spite. As soon as I phoned and mentioned the word 'bouncycastle' he couldn't get off the phone quick enough and then refused to answer calls. Awful human being

Upset children today ! Should of been a bouncy castle in my garden at 10am this morning, called to ask where it was, said he would ring back once found out and never did, now ignoring all our calls, horrible company doesn’t give a toss about breaking children’s hearts and ruining their parties ! Avoid at all cost !!!!!!

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. BOOKED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. NO SHOW ON THE DAY. WHY TAKE BOOKINGS IF YOU CANNOT DO THEM. SIMPLY COMMUNICATE AND WE CAN GO ELSEWHERE. ITS OBVIOUS JONATHAN OVERBOOKS THEN DOES THE NEAREST TO HIS HOME UNTIL HE HAS MADE HIS MONEY AND LEAVES THE REST TO BE DISAPPOINTED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I like the shows, I’m watching sitcoms I never watched before.
Your ads are exactly the same every time. It discourages me about watching the shows. Spotlight on Blacks is horrible. There are so many more Black people to be recognized; spotlight someone else. Make your commercial time more interesting.

I hope people read this DO NOT USE this company as with other reviews did not turn up to 1st birthday party. No message, didn’t answer calls, only answered when we used a relatives phone and left a message about booking a bouncy castle. Very rude and unhelpful. IT IS A SCAM

If I read it before I will not a book any with them. Didn’t come!!! All kids disappointed! We book for 11 am and 2pm they said should arrive 3pm and want to charge full ammount for 2 hours! Lol…. WORST COMPANY EVER

Booked on line a bouncy castle for my daughter 8th birthday. On day of party I got a phone call at 9am to confirm they was coming at 11am. 11am come no show! Tried to call them at 12pm no answer. Why bother to call to confirm that they was arriving at 11am ??
Seems a bit of a strange so called “company” probably money laundering as you book on line then no money changes hands as they never show. Definitely a dodgy business and would stay away from them unless you want disappointed children.
I think next phone call will be trading standards 😊

If I could give this company 0 stars i would. Booked well in advance for a bouncy castle for a kids party at a pub I work at. Called the guy and he said he'd be late and arrive at 2pm instead of 12 as agreed. 2.20pm and he still hasn't arrived. I tried to call and he hung up on me then blocked my number. 2 colleagues also tried and same thing. Had over 50 kids all very upset, and our pub has advertised something we couldn't provide because of this company and he's lost us money as well as himself!

Awful company!! DO NOT USE!!! Had 60 kids waiting for a bouncy castle! We rang, told us it’ll come for 2pm and never even turned up!!! We rang and rang, they blocked our number and didn’t turn up!! Absolutely disgrace of a company!!! STAY AWAY
