If I could give 0 stars I would. The audacity of having a business dedicated to bringing joy to children and then not only just not turning up, but not even having the courtesy to pick up the phone. Why on earth would you start this company if you’re too lazy to follow through with the promise? Embarrassing excuse of a company.

Same story. Bouncy castle for a 5 year old's birthday. Please STEER CLEAR. Rang on morning of delivery to ask where it was. Was told get back to me straightaway. No call, no answering, no bouncy castle. A local firm 'Warrington Kids Bouncy Castles' rescued us within two hours. It's called service - something these cowboys know nothing about.

Was supposed to arrived for 11
Come 12:30 we call them for them to say they will deliver for 5pm
Original pick up was for 6pm
When we said that’s only an hour he said ok we will pick up at 7 and put the phone down
Immediately called them back to say we can’t do
It for an hour party will
Be finished by then he said no problem and put the phone down and never answered again
I wanted to negotiate but they didn’t even give me a chance
No apology or explanation

DO NOT BOOK. Ordered a rodeo bull for a 21st weeks beforehand. Was supposed to arrive at 4pm, came 6 and still not arrived. Numerous phone calls and no one answered. Got through once to be told that they’re on their way and they will check with the staff doing that route then will ring back. No call back and no one answered the phone again for the whole night. Absolutely disgusting service. Joke of a company.

Did not turn up to my little boys birthday party. Just greatful he had been bought a small one from his nana for his birthday that the kids go on. Will not be using this company again and do not recommend to anyone. Waste of time. How is this buisness still running?

Absolutely shocking! booked this company online through jonathans instruction's. In order to secure our booking we had to pay a deposit, which we didn't do because we found out about their awful! reviews so I also emailed confirming I was cancelling. So the day of the party comes and we had booked with another company. Unknown's to us bounce xtreme turn up ands set up the bull( we think its the company we actually booked and paid for) A long argument with Jonathan and disgusting service from the staff I demanded them to get off my property after them demanding payment and making things awkward. Jonathan kept trying to threaten me with a contract even thought I hadn't agreed to anything. They tried spoiling the start of my partners 21st birthday but didn't let them ruin the rest! Jonathan and another member off staff went off in the van and left a man in my back garden on my outdoor furniture smoking! the most vile company I have ever ever come across. would NOT even give them one star,Absolute scum.

We booked the rodeo bull for year 6 leavers disco. He took a while to reply but was happy to take a deposit, this was March. I then contacted him to get the disclaimer form and copy of the insurance for the school. No reply. I left emails and voicemails, nothing, wouldn't even pick up. My friend tried, eventually got through when she pretended to be a new customer, he promised to be in touch, nothing. Head of Year tried numerous times, brief chat eventually but no documents. We then cancelled him as it was two weeks before the disco and he refused to give back the deposit! So less treats for the kids. Ripping off children. DO NOT USE!

This company is discusting had the assault course booked for a gym challenge over 20people waiting for this company to not turn up and not pick up there phone rang me 3 hours later to see if I still wanted it then put phone down when I was speaking.
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE

DO NOT USE - My five year old daughter was in tears because these cowboys failed to turn up and were too chicken to pick up the phone. Avoid at all costs!!!!

wished I had read reviews. party months in the planning, spoke to the guy at 3pm the afternoon before the party, confirmed 9pm start, said he would be there at 8.30pm to set up. No Show. when we tried to ring, he wouldn't answer and the next day using a different phone he answered asking if we wanted to book something. when he realised who we were he hung up. A whole lot of money spent on a party and the main event didn't turn up. Absolutely gutted!!

Shocking customer service from Jonathan the owner.,had a bouncy castle booked for birthday party.Never turned up,no phone calls.
Once called would not even answer the phone.The most pathetic shameless company ive dealt with.

I wish I’d seen reviews before booking. DO NOT use this company that are beyond awful. They should be put out of business as they bring nothing but shame to their industry! Had a rodeo bull booked for party last week and got a sense they were going to let us down which they did with the most pathetic excuse, clutch has broken in the van. No communication from them, it was me repeatedly calling them until the spineless pathetic owner eventually answered. An absolute Joke of a company and an owner!

Booked Aug 2017 fit my little girls 3rd party. They didn’t show up, finally got hold of them and said he should be on way. He never showed nor did he answer text or calls again. Terrible service!!! Do not use.

As per the other reviews here, a booking was made, confirmed again by phone the day before my son's birthday party, and they failed to turn up. They refused to answer my calls on the day, and have failed to respond to multiple phone calls and emails to explain themselves thereafter. Do not make the mistake i made and ruin your child's party by booking these idiots, use a reputable alternative company instead.

Terrible! Booked for daughters 16th birthday party. Turned up 3 1/2 hours late for the party. Rude, incompetent staff, when I dared ask for a refund he got personal and called me ‘the mother of a wh**e’. Ruined the birthday party and still charged me £295 for the privilege. Yes I could have cancelled but at no point in the day did he tell me he would be so late. He repeatedly told me he was on his way and wouldn’t be much longer. I should have read the reviews before booking such an unprofessional company.

We hired Bounce Xtreme over the weekend for a charity event in Timperley (which you were aware of the circumstances behind the event) - we struggled to get communication from them prior to the event which made us nervous and tempted to look elsewhere. They assured us not to look elsewhere and that they would be there at 1:30pm ready for 2pm and could only stay until 4pm. We rang them on the day after 2pm had past and they told us they were 'minutes away" a whole hour passed until they eventually arrived after 3pm and demanded upfront payment before they would inflate the inflatables, baring in mind they were over an hour and half late. By the time they had arrived the event had started to fizzle out and nobody at that point were even in the mood to go on the inflatables after hearing how late and rude they were. Their staff were extremely rude which was noted by many different people. We are absolutely appalled by their service and would rate their company 0stars if there was an option. The rodeo bull was an extremely important part of the event, and quite frankly, they ruined an extremely special moment for one of our important guests. Their staff were completely non-apologetic when they eventually turned up.

AVOID!!

Absolute joke, these guys are complete con-men and will ruin your party. Do yourself a favour and use someone else otherwise your well planned party will be ruined.

Supposed to be here at 10am it's now 1pm and no sign of them. The party is now over and the kids have left totally disappointed.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I booked it.

There are a multitude of companies out there who do exactly the same castles at cheaper prices. Please use them instead.
