This company are horrors attitude from the staff & the so called management is disgraceful, I had 12 children waiting for a Santa & a elf & a face painter,no one turned up & no one informed me from the company on the day that they were not turning up,when I contacted them I was spoken to absolutely disgusting & then the phone got put down & my phone number was blocked,had to use a different number to get back in touch with them & then they blocked that number absolutely disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely disgraceful. Booking made for months and left children sitting waiting for hours and didn’t turn up.
Rang to see where he was and they said they would check and ring back. Then ignored the phone and wouldn’t reply. Poor children got left with no Santa. Would never recommend

I had a kid's birthday coming up and thought I would book a bouncy castle of Bounce Xtream HUGE MISTAKE they did not turn up after calling some more bouncy castle hires I found RCC Bouncy Castle hire and with very short notice they turned up I would definitely recommend RCC Bouncy Castle Hire but please do not order of Bounce Xtream :(

THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE. DO NOT BOOK THEM. THEY WILL SPOIL YOUR DAY. IT WAS MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY AND WE ASKED FOR A BOUNCY CASTLE FOR 6pm AND IT NEVER TURNED UP AND THEN MY PHONE CALLS WAS DECLINED. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

we have booked this in advanced and the company did not arrive at the time told and when I tried to call the company they did not pick up and did not call back!! I am happy that I did not pay in advanced since my money would have gone to WASTE. I do not recommend booking a bouncy castle from this company since it is a BIG waste of time and money and your kids will have NOTHING to do.

Booked well in advance and confirmed before party. Day of sons 1st birthday he just didn’t turn up! Called them when they were late and he said he would check where the boys were and call us back. Never called back and then wouldn’t answer any calls we made to him after that. Absolutely shocking. Thankfully we hadn’t paid in advance! Ruined child’s first birthday party with nothing for all the kids to do! Terrible company and person.

Booked a bouncy castle back in March for the 30th July. The night before i read all the reviews and thought what have i done! I sent an email to cancel before trying to find another bouncy castle with less than 24 hours to go. Bounce-xtreme called me to ask why and i explained my concerns, they 100% guaranteed that i would receive it and then said that they would drop it off that evening so i knew i would have it. They went above and beyond to reassure me and they were fantastic. I would use them again without hesitation. To all those reading these reviews - maybe all is not quite as it seems! This company were brilliant!

Booked a bouncy castle for a kids party. Never turned up even after two phone calls where they said they were in their way. Avoid.

Failed to turn up for my sons 4th birthday party despite confirming the day before and booking weeks in advance.

First call when was 30 mins late, was told the job was on the other van and they would be there soon.

Second call when 2 hrs late, was told he was too busy to talk and would call back in 10 mins.

Third call when 3 hrs late, was told they had been trying to call us and left several messages (we hadn’t been called at all) this was a lie.

4th call, was told some more lies and that they wouldn’t be coming.

Read the other reviews and saw what kind of “company” they are.

Big let down son in tears. Very disappointed. Not even an apology.

If I could give 0 I would! What a joke of a company! Had three bouncy castles booked for a suprise 60th. Confirmed a few days before to make sure everything was ok! on the morning of the party got a phone call to say they wouldn’t be arriving till 3 (the arranged time was 11.15) then another to say they wouldn’t get there till 5!!!!! Ruined the kids day had no time to get hold of another one so ended up with nothing for the children to do all day!! Avoid at all cost!!!

I received email confirmation it’s booked cash time etc etc
I than WhatsApp for booking confirmation check up but read it but no response
Today Eid day celebration for Muslims so we ordered bouncy
Nearly 8 children n few adults been waiting for bouncy but guess what never turned up
I rang 17 times to Jonathan
Answered once n said driver running late
He either than blocked my number or switched phone off
We tried from different numbers but still we did not get any joy
So this company n guy call Jonathan ruined whole day for us
Very bad service n communication
Please do not use this company
You will be disappointed

We made a booking online and followed it up with a phone call. The man on the phone assured us that our booking was confirmed.
On the day of the booking we called them to ask for an approximate time and was told they would be here at around 11am. By 11.45am there was still no sign of them. We rang to see if they were on their way and the man on the phone said he would call us back. Half an hr later we'd still not heard so we called them back. As soon as we told him who we was he hung up on us. We then called back to find that his phone had been switched off. Needless to say it never turned up and we were left with very upset children. Please don't use this company!

Avoid at all cost, let me down on Eid day today. Booked a week in advance, got email confirmation & then nothing at all. Kids & adults both extremely dissapointed. Rang Jonathan he said on their way but no one turmed up.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Booked in advance received ‘confirmation email’ tried numerous times to re confirm via phone and text, finally after days of trying to reach them told all is fine and booked. Did not deliver today and when I called to ask where they were just cut me off and switched off their phone. Got through to them an hour later and told they will be able to make it between 5.30/6 once again did not show up and did not answer any calls. Shocking customer service shocking company. Stay away.

Booked a week ahead. Didn't turn up. After hours of ringing, got through to them. Their response: we don't have any more bouncy castles for today. No apology. No nothing.

These guys went above and beyond for me on the 4th june jonathan was great all the kids loved it had a brill day they made me and 20 kids very happy people.had the castle overnight and iv had it alday till 7pm great cant fault and great price too i recommend fair-play to them aswell iv been txtin him all week see if he was comin iv mithered him death brill cant fault especially how annoying i am thanks so much you made me very happy yesterday

We booked a bouncy castle for our Jubilee street party and had numerous excited children waiting for it. After numerous phone calls owner said that the vehicle had a puncture and it "looked like they wouldn't be coming * They didn't show up. How disgusting to upset so many excited children

I order a bouncy castle to arrive today 4 June and it’s been cancelled today. I have children coming and no castle. I ordered it 2 months ago and confirmed last week and was assured it would arrive today. DO NOT USE THESE FOR ANY REASON!! Absolutely disgusted they can let you down on the day of a kids party with a such feeble excuse that the van is broken down when I’ve just spoken to them whilst he’s actually driving the van. STAY AWAY FROM THESE

Did not turn up at agreed time, no communication when did get to speak they were very rude and unhelpful. DI NOT ORDER FROM THEM
