Where do I start… This is a company that is very hard to get hold of. Ordered the 35ft Mickey Mouse slide. Booked 1 month in advance. Company called a week before to confirm appointment, that all went well. I asked for confirmation via text the day before, and that was confirmed.

Now let’s start with the day…i was told they would be there for 11am, which was a good time. As My event was starting at 2pm. I then received a call at 11am stating they would be there at 12:45pm as they were fully booked and collecting other castles, which I didn’t mind. It was now 1pm, i called about 15 times. No answer. At 1:20pm I got through, the driver said they were collecting the castle but were having trouble with a customer as his gates were closed (lol the worst excuse)

Now for the exciting part…he then said he would call me back in 10 mins, to let me know when he is on his way. Yup you guessed right, I received NO call. The event started at 2pm. The slide was a NO SHOW. The kids were absolutely distraught at finding out that the slide was not coming, bare in mind I had 40-50 kids that had shown up for a family event! I was absolutely fuming.

Please please please avoid this company at all cost. Never ever use them again. Affll I can see from the reviews is that they let people down everytime and clearly don’t know how to run a business. I wish I had read these reviews beforehand!!

Absolutely disgraceful ordered the Mickey Mouse slide for my sons birthday had a call in the morning the confirm my booking , turned up 2 hours late and then the slide was the wrong one it was filthy !! The steps had all collapsed so no child could even attempt to get up the slide ! Health and safety straight away the slide was threading all over was not fit for purpose more like a danger zone!!
Customer service was absolutely shocking no sorry nothing !!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 1 so you are not let down and 2 for you and your children’s safety!!

Disgusting! Taking peoples money and just not turning up... wouldn't take calls and when a member of our party finally got hold of someone, they fed him some rubbish about "getting in touch with the driver"

I just wish I'd have read these reviews before booking them. A whole party was themed around me booking the rodeo bronco and they never arrived. No refund as yet either!!

Disgusting, ordered 3 weeks in advance for a kids birthday party! Never turned up, messaged and rang read my messages and ignored me. Ruined child’s 2nd birthday party!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a bouncy castle.
Disgusting company which shouldn't even be allowed to trade. I ordered a bouncy castle for a funday, it did not turn up, rang throughout the day about 10/12 times, emailed and texted but no response.
It was very stressful as I tried in vain to find another company with no luck. The children were left disappointed and upset.
I would NOT recommend this sorry excuse of a company.

Didn’t even turn up. What’s the point of having a website if they can’t turn up!!! Absolutely horrendous they don’t even answer their calls.

Booked bouncy castle for Eid celebration for kids to play but they never turned up and after several phone calls there was no answer at all

An order was placed for a inflateable slide for saturday 17th July. Order was confirmed. On the Friday 16th July i emailed the company to check that everything was okay for delivery the next day. I also called the number various times throughout the day. On all occasions there was no reply. I also whatsapp and text messaged to get an estimated delivery time.

At 2201 that evening the owner phoned and said yes the slide would be delivered the next morning. I relaxed as we had a party of children and adults arriving. I told him i was nervous after reading the reviews on this site.

At 0841 i received an email to say the booking was cancelled due to positive PCR Covid tests of both drivers. I see from the reviews this is a common email they send out if anything at all. I then called them straight away and offered the following
1. Collecting in a van from them. Reply was no you cant come here.
2. Could they drop on our drive as we had lots of men who could carry it around into the garden.
The response absolutely shocked me he said why dont you just F... Off and put the phone down.

We then spent most of the morning looking around for a quick fix to solve the problem. Tiger Castles came to the rescue. They told us not to worry they had a bouncy castle and they would drop it off. They kept us constantly informed of when they would be there. This company was amazing, very polite and helpful and did everything they could to make sure the children had a fantastic day. I would highly recommend them their number is 07547 337776

To add insult i later found out that bounce xtreme had delivered my slide to someone else!!!!!! Disgusting service and i hope people in the cheshire area never use this company as you will only be let down.

Dreadful company! Ordered for a primary school as they hadn’t been on a trip all year and thought this would make their day but they didn’t show up. Thankfully Chapelford bouncers came to our rescue and made the children’s day. It was supposed to arrive at 8am I received an email at 8pm stating due to COVID restrictions we had to cancel your booking. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT trust this company, stood my kid up an hour before party, absolutely disgusting customer service, so unprofessional and unreliable. Now my child is so upset on his birthday.

Didn’t bother turning up with the bouncy castle (29-05-2021), ruined a birthday party for my nephew which might be the last one my dad attends due to having terminal cancer. They don’t even deserve the 1 star. Shouldn’t be in business!

Booked a bouncy castle, didn't arrive on the day. Read all our messages and didn't reply. Then sent an email at 1pm saying due to staffing issues they couldn't deliver. 4 dissapointed kids feeling very let down!! Don't book unless you like to see the look of dissapointment on your child's face. Disgusting way to treat customers and run a business. I don't know HOW they are still in business. Go elsewhere. Unreliable.

DO NOT BOOK ABSOLUTE GOONS 2 hrs late on the day, then decide to turn up day after at 10.30pm at night jumped over my gate, and let themselves in to collect bouncy castle how dare they!!! when it was supposed to be picked up at 6pm, utter waste of money and unreliable
