Butterfly Jewellery Reviews 

I wouldn’t even give 1 Star but it was the only way I could write a review. As other people are saying, I also have ordered goods, paid for them and consequently not received them. Their website offers an email address to contact them with any queries but I have as yet received no reply!! Money wasted. So cross.

This company has taken my money and not delivered the goods , i have sent several email exchanges and finally got a response saying my goods would be delivered however nothing has arrived , the money has been taken from my Bank Account and i am furious , i thought this was a reputable company and am disappointed to say they are not , do not order anything you will never receive the goods .

Do not order from this site goods still have not been received and no answer to e mails telephone not in use

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, the money has been debited from my account but have not received the goods. The telephone number on the company’s website does not work. It looks like the company no longer exists but they are still taken orders and not for filling them. Please be aware don’t order anything from butterfly as they will take your money and not deliver the goods.

Placed order on 10h January, now 29th January and not received any further information from Butterfly london. DPD still say outstanding! and the online page is UNAVAILABLE...from Buttefly.
Sent texts, requesting updates three times but no answer.
Feel let down, sad and sick over this and I loved the brand and style and shopping with them before this was flawless!!!

I ordered 2 items from Butterfly on 25th December. The order was paid for. I received an e mail to say my order had been dispatched to Dpd on 1st January. The tracking number was missing. I have sent three e mails informing the company of this. I have not got any reply from them. I also cannot get through via phone. Very bad customer service. I would like my money back and will not be dealing with this company again

Did not receive my item when i was meant to - never answered my emails and the phone constantly is busy. I didnt pay for a next day delivery service to then not be given this. !!!! wont be using again

Brilliant offers, with huge discounts. Fast service, jewellery arrived nicely packaged. Lovely necklace, beautiful colour. Given as a gift and very well received.

Really quick delivery and the necklaces were perfect. The blue tasselled necklace is quite a show stopper!!

Buy with confidence. Everything is beautifully made, show stopping designs, and I receive such unexpected compliments whenever I wear their pieces. They feel lovely too and wear well for years and years . Some of the prices are incredible value.. You really won’t be disappointed!!
