Butterfly Jewellery Reviews 

I still did not obtain my order from the mid of march. It was not cheap and I have no feedback whether I will have it refunded or it is on its way. The communication with butterfly si really poor. I didn ´ t get a reply to several mails.

Got my order a week ago, only got 2 I terms from 4!!!
Left messages on the phone( as no one ever pick up the phone)
3 email...
No responde at all
Can’t believe such terrible customer service.
I hope I will be contact after that review, as don’t know how to get other 2 items or refund!

Delivery took far to long paid for next day delivery and took 4 days to get here they tried to blame the snow but it should of been sent out for me to receive by the Monday and it didn't snow till Wednesday Don't pay next day delivery as it probably won't reach you.
A girl offered to bring it to my house as the office if not far away as I tried ringing/texting the number got no response.
The necklace was for a present to one of my brides maid for everything she has done for my wedding and I wanted to give it to her the weekend we was away but it didn't come till the Friday so I couldn't give it to her. Don't pay for express postage not worth it takes a week to get here.

I'm still waiting for my purchases. I ordered three items and still get the same response. "Order has been delayed due to congestion in Virginia." Just what does that mean.
??? I have threatened to file a complaint with the BBB if something is not done immediately. Refund my money or send my purchases!

Excellent jewelry made with excellent quality! I love every piece I have and everyone who I give the jewelry to as a gift LOVE their jewelry, too. I always order from the US and I love having jewelry that nobody else has!

What a lovely company to deal with which makes a refreshing change! I had bought a necklace that had broken which when I rang I was simply going to reordered but it had been discontinued or sold out so she offered to repair which they did, so on the back of that I placed another order and asked they sent all together . I can’t reccommend then enough and there merchandise I love.

I am really happy with my purchase's. but I would just like to point out all the Bracelets/Cuffs, are only just going around my wrist, they feel tight, and once on I cannot move them around, and I have not got a large wrist, I think they should be made slightly larger, or extra links where possible, as they feel like they are stopping my blood, and leaving a nasty red mark around my wrist. And feel very uncomfortable, I am aware of them around my wrist all the time, as they are so tight. That is my only complaint, as I love all your Jewellery. I do hope you will consider making some adjustments on all your Bracelets/Cuffs. Thank you, Mrs Carole Fox.
