I paid for my item and good thing it was on sale. i live in usa and i had to wait maximum of 2 and half weeks just to find out that customs returned my
order to butterfly jewelry store. they said they had hard tims getting
a hold of me so
i put my cellphone number second time in their system. person in charge of shipping attempted to
send my item 2nd time them
when i followed up she said my item was lost by their office so
she refunded back
my
money and never got the item
i
ordered. i was excited to recieve the item but turned out to be a big disappointment. it was bad service but i got my refund asap

Butterfly jewellery is absolutely beautiful. The design and quality of each piece is outstanding, providing the perfect statement. I have 4 of their tassels and they are superb.

Top Quality jewellery and beautifully packaged

Awful service. Hours spent phoning them but phone was always engaged. No replies to emails chasing delivery of item. Eventually item delivered but was promised an 'apology gift' for all the hassle and inconvenience. Nothing arrived - what a surprise.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Wanted to place an order with them, but from the reviews in here I got a little worried and wrote to their customer service to check if they would answer. They don't, only got a standard e-mail asking if they could help because I did not finish my order. So I wrote back again and told them I did not finish my order because they don't reply, but still I heard nothing from them.
Sooo beautiful products that I would have liked to buy. But I don't dare. Sad.

Please solve the problem as IPaid all the money or return back the money of this item

Lovely earrings. Very pleased with them. Just one small suggestion would be, to wrap them up in something other than plastic! but apart from that great company.

Only a delay in shipping

Used to be great. Good products but communication has gone downhill and I think without my complaint and research I would not have got my item

I ordered a piece of jewellery for a birthday present but it didn’t arrive when it was promised - it arrived almost two weeks later although the payment was taken from my bank account almost immediately after ordering! The customer service is appalling as I tried emailing and telephoning to enquire about my order but to no avail as I didn’t get any acknowledgement at all. I will not be ordering anything else from this company.

The jewellery when it did turn up was great, but the delivery took a week longer than the 3-5 days that was stated and when a specific delivery date and time was eventually sent by text the parcel didn’t arrive, without any reason given. Also one sale item that I had selected and paid for was no longer in stock when they eventually packaged up the delivery. This item was refunded but without any communication other than in the invoice in the package when it eventually arrived.

Worst cutsomer service ever!!!!
They sent me an email confirming that my order has been dispatched and did not provide me with any tracking number. I sent them 3 emails and tweeted them but still did not get any response (that was a week ago)
I don’t know what else I can do. It’s just a waste of money & time.

Love my necklace, vibrant colour, nice and solid, fits perfect!!!
