Absolutely first class service from these guys . We always struggled to get internet in our caravan but since having camping connect we have never had a problem. I would highly recommend this company to anyone . Thank you so much guys

Too slow to respond
We were unable to get online in our static caravan at Hendra ( who use Camping Connect). After an initial phone call where the matter could not be resolved, they took four days to get back to me. I find this very poor indeed. Our holiday was nearly over. Surely speed is of the essence when people are on holiday for a short time? I have given two stars rather than one because of the courteous ( although not particularly apologetic) nature of the follow up calls that I eventually received.

Just had In Van Wifi installed at my holiday home in South Wales, and there's been great improvement in my internet connection. Installation was super quick and easy and the Camping Connect team were really nice. I would definitely recommend it!

Don’t bother with them
Came on holiday for 10 days. Bought a 7 day WiFi pass. Logged in and within 10 minuets no internet connection. After phoning them and being told to reset my WiFi box it worked for another few minuets before cutting out again. Several phone calls and promises of updates and I’m on day 5 and still getting the same issue and a promise of an update. Waste of time effort and money.

Camping connect WiFi service purchased 23.09.23 cost £3.60 only had 2 hrs worth connection kept going on off every 2 minutes utter crap.we was under impression as per camping connect literature it was for 24 hrs not 2hrs complete and utter shi te if any one thinking of using this service think twice.

I purchased the WiFi from Camping connectmping…
I purchased the WiFi from Camping Connect for the grandchildren it said it was for 24 hours and cost £3.60 for 3 devices it went on around 6.30 pm and as soon as it was loaded it keep freezing and I needed to keep logging the tablets in which was a pain as the grandkids kept losing the games they were playing. When I complained they emailed back saying I paid for 2 hours which is disgraceful. If anyone is thinking of using this service please think twice as its a total rip off

Wifi provider a complete waste of time
I visit the same caravan touring site in Llanberis on a regular basis.
Although the site itself cannot be faulted, the one item that detracts from it being perfect is the abysmal internet connection.
Whilst the site does offer free wifi connection, it is a complete waste because the connection is for ever being lost, freezing or unable to gain a connection at all.
It is a shame that such a good site is let down by their internet provider, Camping Connect
