Rude obnoxious woman called me. Started off nicely nicely but when I said I was not prepared to confirm details over the phone her attitude changed to aggressive and not a person I wanted to give my time to. Blocked number and I’ll wait on a letter which I’ll reply to on my terms. Hope you read this actually and get some training.

Do I have to give a star? They are not worthy of the one I had to give them. Still chasing me for a debt that was repaid in full last year, despite being shown proof from both myself and the initial company the money was owed to. Absolutely useless. I'm taking my case to the ombudsman.
CHASING A DEBT I NEVER OWED DUE TO AN INSURANCE COMPANY DOING THEMSELFS WOULDNT INSURE ME AT NEW ADDRESS AND CANCELLED POLICY AND THEN INSISTED I PAYED THE CANCELLATION FEES AS THEY CANCELLED IT AND NOW THIS BAFFOONS ARE STILL TRYING TO CHASE ME AND HARRASS ME AND BULLY ME I HAVE ALREADY EXPLAINED MY REASONS AND THEY WONT BACK OFF I HAVE NOW HAD TO START A COURT ACTION AGAINST THEM I HAVE ALREADY SENT MY PROOF IN TO COURT AND ITS COST ME THOUSANDS TO DO SO AND THIS MONEY WONT BE RECOVERABLE
Truly Awful and unprofessional
these guys are disingenuous to the end
Employed by unprofessional companies (like Esure) because they share the same lack of integrity and scruples !
Partner's elderly mother is being driven into a panic by these vultures for a debt she doesn't owe to Three. They have no interest in verifying whether the debt exists (it doesn't) and are harassing her aggressively.
Do not trust this company! Scammers! Ignore and report them!
Impossible to make payment.
Their PAYE is wrong
Phone doesn’t work
Can’t login using the details they gave
Tried paying on their website just won’t load.
Worst of the worst
Still awaiting an apology from these clowns, told them we owed no money many occasions ! had it proved by Ofcom that their clients were scammers and they were told to remove the debt after we won our case and received compensation... asked them for proof of the debt but they never offered any evidence because they didn't have any ! chancers trying to scare you into paying... ask them to prove the debt if you genuinely don't owe anything they cannot !
Still recieving emails from these clowns after paying off a bill to the RAC. Haven't contacted them and won't.
I previously had an account with Hyperoptic, which I cleared when they sent me the final bill. Despite paying it, a system error caused them to repeatedly send messages requesting payment of the final amount. After contacting them, they confirmed it was a system error and assured me that I owe nothing. However, I am still receiving daily emails, messages, and calls from this CARS company. This is causing me significant stress, especially as a disabled person and stroke survivor. I can no longer tolerate this situation.

Scammers, I have no debt with any company and I'm being bombarded with messages, emails and calls telling me I owe money where I clearly do not!
Do not fall for this, scams are getting more realistic these days.
Absolute buffoons. Our mother died seven months ago, they’ve agreed on two occasions the account they are chasing is closed but they are now chasing it again. It’s bad enough having to deal with this without some idiot contacting us making threats. Absolute ponce of a company.
Scam callers never used this company yet they bombard my phone number under someone elses name and when ive told them to feck off on numerous occasions they keep going. Never used then yet you have my number?!
Rated one star because zero stars is not an option!
These guys are basically crooks, chasing a supposed debt of £65, which I refute. I told them that I refute the debt and if the company they are chasing the 'debt' for wish to take me to court, then they can 'bring it on', as I will not be paying a penny.
Despite this I am still constantly being bombarded with texts to contact CARS.
Odious company!
Total shower of crooks. They make it incredibly difficult to actually pay an outstanding amount - so your “debt” continues to rise. Also the amount “owed” was for services never provided by Three Mobile Services - who are also a bunch of crooks who make it impossible to cancel your contract while still billing you for services you no longer use. Both companies work hand in hand to ensure they make it as painful as possible for Three customers to leave Three. I have as a result had my credit rating downgraded significantly and have still not been able to cancel my contract. I will report to FCA but I don’t think these people care either. Corporate abuse of the individual is rife and unbridled. And these two companies have got to be 2 of the worst.
I have reported this company to the fraud team. Sent me a bill that I know nothing about. I emailed them to send me details. They have done nothing about it.ref no 2589185. I will see them in court
Received a letter from this company asking me for substantial amount of money on behalf of a company I never heard of, very suspicious very daring as well.
They probably got my details on the internet.
Sick of this company sending me text messages telling me to call them! I don’t owe any company any outstanding money. Called today and I was asked to give my date of birth and address to verify my account. I asked what account I have never dealt with this company before so why do I have an account, I asked the advisor why I keep getting message and what it’s about, she said with out your date of birth I can’t give you that information, I told her that I’m not giving her personal information over the phone she then hung up on me 🤷🏼♀️
Keep sending me text about money owed. I will hang on for a court appearance, I’m not signing up to any repayment agreement.
Must be a scam, they send me a text, text only, with a link. Now in this scam climate, a genuine, reputable company would know that it is not safe to open links sent this way, so would not conduct their business like this. Very obviously a dishonest and scam based outfit.
