Terrible . They never respond to messages despite me sending 4 . And ignored an official complaint . What’s more I despite the dept which was settled 5 yrs ago . I don’t do calls as I’m deaf but they continue to bombard me with calls, texts and emails .
I emailed their admin account to resolve a debt liability assigned to my recently widowed 76-year-old mother. The email requested to cease collection until evidence is provided. The organisation continued to send collection emails and phone calls without giving evidence. When I phoned them, they still refused to provide evidence of the debt and denied the email's existence.
Scam - I've just had a text to a new number, never before given out to anyone, addressed to a name I've never heard of.
Do not respond to this company under any circumstances
Incompetent 'debt collectors' who chased me for a payment when the payment clearly shows that it went to them. They contacted me on 13 October 2022, to which I responded with the payment evidence, yet today they tell me to contact the car insurance company as there is still an outstanding sum. They are extremely lazy and so unhelpful.
