Competitive price, faultless service and the results exceeded my expectations

I had a great experience converting slides with Digitizemedia. Sam was available to answer my questions helpfully, and the slides were collected and returned securely as promised. The results were excellent and turnaround time of 5 days exactly as promised, thank you so much.

Sam digitised a very complex project for us, with over 8000 photos, and the whole experience was amazing from beginning to end. Sam was so friendly and helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. Our photos turned out great and were done within a week, which was unbelievable. Excellent service start to finish. Sam was a great help explaining how best to package and send our photos securely then kept us regularly updated on the scanning process. Very quick turnaround with the photos delivered online in a matter of days - and a memory stick sent soon after. The quality of the scans is very good (even at just 300dpi) and they also do a count for you. Prices were also much lower than we'd anticipated. Great value - great quality - great service. This company could not have done more to ensure we were very happy with our order, which was not an easy commission as many of our slides were almost 50 years old and had lost some colour. They worked hard to restore this, which was beyond the call of duty. This company processed our large order within days, and were exceptional in their care and interest in our satisfaction with our order. I highly recommend this company, for their standards and outstanding customer care. We Now have some treasured images of our life together that we can share with our friends and family. Also, the slides included rare images from our life in art, which demanded that this company manage an unusual number of very colourful photographs. We are very grateful to Digitize for bringing our slides into the modern era.
