Ely Funeral Service dealt with my brother’s funeral and their staff and service are exceptional.
Gemma really helped me to get through this sad time

Teresa was great and made a difficult meeting with my mother easier to deal with. It is a strange situation to plan a funeral whilst the person is still alive! I can see the benefit, but that does not make the process any easier. Teresa was very thorough, and my mother felt much better knowing that when she passes away, most of the admin has been taken care of.

The customer service gentleman was very helpful and gives all the best help in finding the right policy to take out and how much it would cost to pay monthly. So I thank him for all the help and for making me feel comfortable with the policy

Issie was really nice at the Kirkby-in-Ashfield office and made the hole experience easy and she was very respectful

Mandy was friendly, empathetic and explained every aspect of the funeral plan clearly and in a manner that was understood and very helpful. Planning ahead for a funeral can be stressful and overwhelming but Mandy made myself and daughter feel at ease and reassured us all the way through decision-making, we made the correct choice with Dignity Funerals.

Without a doubt PB Wright (Greenock) Dignity were amazing, in particular Kenneth, but with support from his team managed the most incredible funeral for my great Aunt; Horses, carriage, convoy of limo’s, meadow flowers & garland, natural weaved basket casket, a wish for an afternoon service where bright colours should be worn and the list was endless !!

the were very professional, kindhearted & considerate to our emotions, listened intently, delivered everything with ease and of course with dignity throughout.
