Explain everything so you understand everything

Were so good with my wifes funeral decided to do my own. Cant fault you.

I chose Hopkinsons (Worksop) for Mum's funeral plan because I think they are the best in Worksop. They are very dignified and I like them.

The staff at B Bernards Scarborough have been absolutely amazing. Hopefully all your FD's work to the same standard! They have been approachable, compassionate & professional throughout - when they arranged my step-dad's cremation in February & when planning mum's. I would highly recommend them. Thank You.

Debbie was wonderful n so understanding . Gibbs have been there for my family for many years its a firm I trust. Pam was the person who helped with my moms funeral and asked if a plan was needed for anyone else it made sense as it would make things a little easier for my son's

The presentation and explanation of the various services you offer in the brochure.
But most of all your representative Georgina who was very helpful and made the whole process a pleasure.

So very helpful and caring also dealt with me with compassion and some days with humour which I needed on some days. Highly recommend them.

The gentleman i spoke to on the telephone was really helpful he explained everything very clearly to me.

As I mentioned at beginning of survey 1 day over paying the remainder of funeral expenses knowing we were awaiting a payment and letter from DWP they get Sheriff officers phoning us very stressful and adding to our grief totally unbelievable.I have called the office in Musselburgh to ask for a complaints form still waiting
