I spoke with your staff and they explained the process of closing one plan and opening another. It was all done very smoothly and quickly. My only concern is how much it costs to change the paperwork and simple details.

Having a wonderful person Mrs Samantha Slater who is my daughter put all my fears of putting together a plan for when the time comes. I have put it off so many times and to have my other daughter in attendance with us and being able to have a laugh and plan together my Funeral was amazing. Having some one who cares about her work and knowing how to talk through the plans simply making the process easier then I thought was wonderful. Thank you to her for settling us and making it an enjoyable experience.

Words really cannot express how amazing the team were at Henry Naylor's, Driffield. From initial contact to when we went to collect my mums ashes they were so kind, considerate and compassionate the whole way through. During what has been the worst time of my life, it was made a little more bearable knowing my beloved mum was being treated with such respect and dignity. When we went to see her in the chapel of rest she looked so well taken care of and peaceful and having the unlimited time to spend with her was invaluable to me. The whole team are incredible human beings for the job they do but Lucy especially who sat with me and compassionately went through the plans and displayed such a calming, delicate approach throughout which can't be taught and I knew we could 100% rely on her every step of the way. Her demeanour made the whole process slightly more bearable and I will be forever grateful for that.
