Dream store in Becton have wonderful staff. Your sales Assistants AGNES and IMRAN served me. These two colleagues were great representatives of Dreams store, they gave a great and quality service.
Also the two gentlemen that fitted the beds had great skills.
I am highly satisfied with all the service I received which is why I would recommend Dreams to people.

Went to the Beckton store and it was a good experience. Agnes the store manager greeted us and advised us then left us alone.The staff wasn’t pushy at all . Agnes made us a drink and was so helpful because buying a mattress can be very daunting. And they pick up the old mattress for you . I would recommend this store to anyone.Thankyou Agnes and Munsur .

I was given an exceptional service by Imran at the Beckton store, he was approachable, helpful, professional and he showed me the best I could get from what I told him I wanted to buy, including my budget and the type of Bed that I wanted. He also asked if there was any other thing he could help with and I said we have been with dreams for many years both at Dagenham years back and with Lakeside stores as well. So I could always come in or ring up.
The delivery guys were very professional too, rang us ahead, were curteous and delivered to where we wanted it placed in the house.
