Great customer service received from the Biggleswade store staff...very friendly, not pushy in the slightest, creating a relaxed but productive experience....came away with a lovely headboard and divan ottoman base on order. They have since arrived, by great delivery guys. Very happy and would highly recommend the store.

Fantastic Experience
Experience at Dreams Biggleswade was excellent. Considering we walked into the store 25 minutes before closing, the team managed to help us choose the ideal bed for our toddler and also explain all the benefits. Absolutely excellent service and I would recommend this branch to everyone.

BIGGLESWADE visit
We visited the Biggleswade store and were very happy with the customer service. Rose was very pleasant and welcoming. We were given a hot drink and shown all the mattresses. We were specific in the bed frame we wanted and Rose was very knowledgeable.

Very friendly staff and very good variety of products and availability. Got our new bed and mattress in less than a week. Rose was amazing member of staff at Biggleswade branch. We paid for assembly of the bed as well which was on time tidy staff and friendly. 10/10
