Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, catering for many needs. I went for some replacement bed slats, however waited over a week for them to get back to me. After no response, I ended up just buying a new bed. Quids in all round!

The dreams shop staff were excellent…
The dreams shop staff were excellent especially the lady shop manageress (sorry i cant remember her name)my payment kept being refused because there was an I T issue with there computers. But she tried to help us best she can!.in the end I had to order the products from home instead.

Happy with the purchase of 2 divans. Even more with the delivery experience. 2 old beds removed and 2 new ones delivered and assembled within 25 mins. Great delivery team. Kept me informed of delivery window from morning and then again half hour before.

My dream experience
Took my time in shop. Offered machine that informs you of best mattress type for you. Given pillow with my try outs. Offered a drink. Staff member very informative. Delivery was exceptional.

Great just what I wanted
From picking the bed to ordering and delivery it was an easy process the staff at the shop and delivery staff were great they were very friendly and polite, couldn't do enough for you a great team of people the bed is fantastic a good night's sleep.
