Very knowledgable and friendly staff
Very knowledgable and friendly staff - Baz at Bridgend was particularly helpful, allowing us space to discuss and make decisions so that we didn’t feel rushed at all. The sleepmatch process was well explained, we ‘toured’ the store with a cuppa in hand and tried almost every pillow!

£2,500 mattress with bundle
Purchased a £2,500 mattress with a bed bundle offer and the bundle has been delivered 3 weeks later.
Little disappointed with the delivery gap and I understood it was the fault of the delivery company (no names) who lost the package and didn't inform Dreams team. It is Dreams responsibility to check if the deliveries were made or not and act accordingly to keep customers happy.
However, the prompt response from customer service representative resolved the issue and now you have a customer who will be happy to return to your stores in the future.

Absolutely amazing experience in the Bridgend store. I was taken through all the options and got to use the mattress finder tech in the store. I cannot tell you how much I love my new mattress after having a broken one for 2 years. Stellar service and will definitely recommend to everyone.

Our experience, from the moment we entered the store to the day our bed was delivered, was outstanding. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Johnathan was amazing—he was not only very knowledgeable but also incredibly helpful and approachable. Johnathan made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision, answering all our questions with patience and expertise. Honestly, what a great guy!
Also thank you to the delivery team, who were equally fantastic. Even though we didn’t catch their names, their professionalism and care in delivering and setting up the bed really stood out.

Very helpful retail advice
Very helpful retail advice. We were aloud to try several different mattresses and told of the benefits and drawbacks of each one. We were also given different payment options. Also you have 100 nights to try the mattress out and if you aren’t happy with it you can change it for another.
