Easy website to use brilliant service
Easy website to use, great value for money. Always used dream beds and mattresses as they are an excellent choice in fact our old mattresses were from dream. Delivery team were superb very friendly and we live in an old cottage that has quirky twists and turns and they had no issues. Superb service

After a shaky start
After a shaky start, ie delayed by months then mattress was too small. Mike, Roy and Andrea could not have done enough for us.
They were always extremely helpful polite and very friendly towards us. They were also genuinely lovely people.
Thank you for turning a negative experience into a very positive one.

Staff were welcoming and well informed on all products. The use of the mattress simulator was helpful in choosing the appropriate mattress I recommend you try it!
Wide choice and selection and were quite competitive comparing other retailers. Discount on top of sale price was a winner. Highly recommend you visit if local to the store and looking to buy new bed/mattress.

Amazing service, amazing mattress.
After buying a Tempur mattress two years ago, I didn’t have a single night of good sleep. I dreaded bedtime, turning over was painful, moving across the bed was a struggle, and even getting out of it felt like a battle. My back pain was unbearable. This mattress has completely changed my life. The pain has lessened, I can move around easily, get out of bed without sinking, and most importantly, I wake up feeling refreshed. I only wish I hadn’t spent so long trying to get used to the Tempur! This mattress has given me a whole new lease on life, and I would highly recommend it—especially for those who suffer from back pain. Even my husband, who loved the Tempur, has noticed that he wakes up with less pain. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

Extremely helpful staff
I had a great experience at Dreams and outstanding service from Stacey and her colleague Andrea. Stacey showed me what I was looking for and gave me time to wander around the store. She helped me use the sleep match machine to know whether the mattress I had seen was the right one for me. I even had to leave to quickly measure up my bedroom to check a king sized bed would fit and Stacey and Andrea waited for me, even though it was close to closing time! I am thrilled with the bed and mattress I purchased, thank you so much to the staff for their help!
