Very happy with my visit to the store. Offered lots of options and Charles obviously knew what he was talking about which made my decision on which bed to purchase much easier.

The new bed and mattress is so comfortable. The upper acti-gel layer seems to keep you cool when the weather is hot and warm when it is cold - perfect. My wife's arthritic night time aches and pains have entirely gone. The salesman at the Chippenham branch was so knowledgeable and helpful to guide us into making the best purchase for us, and the delivery team were excellent, helpful, and perfectly on time .

We were welcomed to a clean fresh store, shown a range of beds suiting our needs after being offered assessment on their sleepsystem...a machine which works out the best type of mattress for you...We had space and privacy to discuss and retry favourites without pressure and refreshments and freebies when we made a purchase. 5⭐

Popped into the Chippenham store and met by the efficient and professional Store Manager. Grandson tried out several mattresses before the final decision was made. Quickly delivered and now in use, grandson delighted and sleeps well. Thank you for your assistance.

The sales team were fantastic, we bought the TV bed and paid the extra for installation, The bed as a whole has been a great purchase, however we payed the extra for the team to build it, they said they have never done one before which is fine, but the side box was put in upside down and the base boards were scratched, I uploaded a review to their sleepy time app and still heard nothing back which is awful customer care, £2000 on a bed for it to be put together incorrectly and damaged, and zero effort to rectify it!! It does make me wonder what else could have been done incorrectly,

From choosing our mattress, to ordering it and having it delivered, the process was seamless and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The customer service was brilliant and the mattress is great quality. Would highly recommend!

Totally professional at every stage of the process. Service at all stages could not have been better. Not cheep but definitely get what you pay for in this case.

Excellent sales support (Chippenham). Incredibly knowledgeable, and their advice was brilliant as I now have the best mattress I have ever owned! Delivery was efficient, beyond covid-safe and very friendly.

Great mattress as usual this is the 4th variation of mattress from them over the past 20yrs. Definatly recomend the higher spec products from them. It is a shame that Dreams nolonger sell the bedding (sheets etc.) As you need to look around to get the right deapth fitted sheet.

Mattress delivered as promised. unfortunately due to my back problems it was not suitable. I was advised by Chippenham branch to call back on 22nd December (30days) under the comfort guarantee. The store was closed on that day, I was not advised that customer services was open. We went away for Christmas and I purchased another mattress from another company that was not sold by dreams. Thinking I would be able to purchase other items from Dreams such as a headboard in exchange. On 29th December I spoke to Michelle in Customer Services, after hanging on more than 30minutes, and advised I could only exchange for another mattress and had until 8th January to do so. Obviously I do not require another mattress but quite happy with other items from Dreams. This was a genuine health problem and no empathy or discretion was forthcoming. At a loss that I am out of pocket with an unwanted mattress and this guarantee was not fully explained to me. Advised it is clear onthe terms and conditions and I was not aware these were in an email!!

Great Friendly Service, took us through best mattresses for us, even made us a cup of tea as we tried them out.

What a lovely experience! My husband, baby and I went into dreams Chippenham and had the best time! Charlie you are amazing! You not only found us our new comfy mattress but you made our experience very pleasant. Charlie you have great knowledge, passion, patience and a well mannered. You didn’t pressure us into buying anything (compared to bensons next door…) and showed us so many options with different price points and listened to our needs. Thank you so much for your service.
