A really good all round experience
Clean, tidy shop, friendly and helpfully assistants. An in-depth knowledge of the products was obvious from talking with the assistant. Quick delivery service - really looking forward to our new mattress.

Excellent customer service
Charles at the Chippenham store has been an absolute star in helping us with the SleepMatch system and our sofa-bed purchase. Although our desired product was not available during our visit, Charles made sure to call us and let us know as soon as it became available to order, and the delivery was made within a week.

Sweet Dreams
Entered store, greeted by staff member who offered assistance if we needed it - we did. Played on the Dreams bed selector, great fun, then selected our new mattress and bed - perfect, cant praise the staff enough for help and product knowledge 👍

Chippenham Store & SleepMatch
Went to the Chippenham store and had excellent service selecting mattresses based on the SleepMatch system which recommends you mattresses based on your body. Returned to purchase and there was a 20% off deal on. Absolutely spot on. The staff (Charles) were really helpful. Delivery was within a week and they took the new mattress upstairs and put it on the bed for me - I cannot fault them. They (for a fee) recycled my old mattress; something I was keen to not end up in landfill.

Dreams Chippenham Store
We ordered a new bed at the Dreams store in Chippenham, and the service we received was incredible. Rhianna welcomed us the moment we set foot in the store and ensured we had all the knowledge we needed and directed us to something we may like as we had no idea what we wanted. We were offered beverages and she was very patient with us while we went through credit checks, even when we changed our mind at the last minute for a different bed! We are due our delivery in 2 weeks time, so cannot fault Dreams!

Positive Experience
A very positive experience . We ordered a mattress , cover, pillow and bed frame . Delivery was arranged by the end of the week . Also arranged to take our old mattress for a small fee .

Exceptional Service
The team at the Chippenham store are so friendly and welcoming, i was given all the help I needed to buy the right bed for me within my budget. I strongly recommend Dreams, the service by both the team in store, and for delivery was fantastic.
