We had a very pleasant experience choosing and buying our mattress. Bhupendra at the Feltham store was very patient and took the time to assess and recommend the right mattress. So far we are very happy with our purchase.

Had made an appointment a few days ago and they were ready for us. Upon arrival, we were offered a bottle of water each, which was very acceptable. I had done some research as to what bedframe and mattress I thought we wanted. Easy and quick to select the bedframe I had chosen, and, after the sleep test machine assessment, we tried several mattresses and finally plumped on our first try out! Advice and purchase of pillows and other sundries followed. Thanks to Bhupen, the whole experience was easy, enjoyable and we left feeling very pleased and excitably awaiting our new bed.

Dreams sell excellent beds and bedding. I have purchased beds and products from them in the past and have been very satisfied with my purchases.

When entering the store I was immediately warmly greeted guy had a great knowledge of the beds/mattresses and all other equipment and insurance cover I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone wanting a new bed/mattresses.

I thoroughly recommend a visit to Dreams in Feltham to purchase a new mattress. The salesperson gave an informative and non pressured sale and only a 4 day wait for a free delivery

We were very impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the gentleman, Bhupen, who greeted us on arrival. We were then offered the Sleepmatch test and the mattresses we tested straight after were all great - so I believe the Sleepmatch test really works. There was a sale on so we know we got a good deal, especially having done some research and trying other stores previously. We would definately recommend Dreams for a new mattress.

Guy at feltham branch was excellent. He gave me plenty of information to finally choose right matress for me. Delivery men John and Jamie were very careful with matress.

Great service from the showroom through to delivery. The delivery men assembled the bed very quickly & took away all the packaging. The bed looks great & is very comfortable & I’m very happy with it

Edmund from Feltham branch was the sales agent who attended me and I have purchased 1 double TV motion bed and 1 double leather motion bed for my family. He was very patient in understanding my needs and helped me choose the right product and selecting appropriate delivery slots for my orders.

Guy (his name not a guy) at Feltham branch was AMAZING! he was so helpful, informative and patient and made the experience for us! We were offered water and given all the time in the world and his expertise was outstanding...he was also very funny and personable and it was a brilliant shopping experience...which we thought was going to be stressful ...but walked out skipping and that was down to Guy...huge asset to your team x

I'm surprised and delighted at how brilliant Dreams have been. The chap in the store was super helpful both letting me try everything unhurried, and answering my questions. Order process smooth, and they did exactly what they promised. Delivery team were super efficient and neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend. And most importantly my new mattress is amazingly comfortable and helps my sore back (and is more eco-friendly, their own range balaeric recycled-plastics-content mattresse). Thank you!

Feltham branch, Guy was our salesperson. He was friendly and helpful and the showroom was clean, organized and had an excellent selection. We ended up paying less than we were expecting to!

Sales person is very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. The experience to visit store is excellent. This is my second purchase from dreams. I am waiting for the delivery of mattress. But for sure I can tell that the mattress will be very comfortable and excellent quality as my previous one.

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
The delivery men were friendly and again extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble even to the point of chatting with my young grandson!

Attended Feltham branch, was met at door and the gentleman stayed with us the whole time, his attention to detail was amazing he took time to explain everything . Showed us different options as well, as the bed machine, and a very welcome bottle of water. Defiantly recommend ,
