My mattress was left upside down on the bed
My mattress was left upside down on the bed, this I did not notice until I tried to get to sleep. After a couple of hours I had to get up an unmake the bed, turn the mattress and remake the bed. In addition there was a sizeable mark on the bed.
In addition I tried to call their customer service and was told that I am 27th in the queue. After 15 minutes I was down to 26th at which I hung up. Their customer service is worse than their delivery.

Quality bed, sound sleep.
Really friendly staff, so helpful, even stored my bed for longer when i wasn't ready for it, moving the delivery date a good few times. Great quality product, abd a wide variety of beds and mattresses. Will definitely be buying there soon again.

Dreams Gateshead Metro - Great service
I visited the Dreams Gateshead Metro branch at metro retail park and was helped by Zoe.
Zoe was extremely helpful and friendly,
She understood my needs and what I wanted from a mattress and gave great advise and recommendations.
She was very friendly and made me feel welcome to the store and made me feel like a valued customer, Zoe gave exceptional service and went above and beyond to help out.
I am very happy with the service received in store.

Excellent service from Dreams
Excellent service from Dreams from beginning to end. Friendly and helpful staff from entering the store, not pushing for a sale which was great but we did buy a mattress and bed. Delivery and disposal of our old bed was well worth the money, no hassle at all. Very happy customers with a very comfortable bed!

From sales lady in the shop to date of arrival and the 2 lovely guys who set the bed up for me I couldn’t fault the service.
The bed itself is perfect for me and my mobility issues and YES helps me to sleep (at last)!
