The dream team who delivered my sofa were really helpful greeted with a smile and put the foot stands on the bottom of the sofa 🛋 really well the sofa is lovely and comfortable for me thanks Best regards michelle oops I meant the bed and mattress got the sofa from next furnishing store so the bed and mattress is lovely and comfortable got it the wrong way round haha 😆 the delivery 🚚 service was 😊 great!!!

Buying a mattress from Dreams was seamless from start to finish. I tried the Sleep match bed which suggested several mattresses for me. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything; the customer service was fabulous. I was given a date and my mattress arrived a week later. The delivery guys were great and there were no issues. My mattress is lovely and I've had no issues so far. If you want a quality mattress with lots of choice, I would definitely recommend Dreams.

The staff at Dreams Gateshead listened very carefully to what I wanted in terms of the bed etc and finance. I left there happy with the reassurance explanations I was given and my decision to go ahead with the purchase.

We were specifically looking for an ottoman bed for our son and visited a number of stores before visiting Dreams. The staff were really friendly and allowed us to wander the store freely. We identified the Yardley Ottoman Bed Frame and a helpful staff member was able to provide us with some greater detail. Once we decided on the frame we were asked about the type of mattress and to be honest we weren’t sure but luckily the store had ‘Sleepmatch’ which was is a piece of technology, essentially a bed which you lie on for 3 mins which identifies the most suitable mattress for you. It was recommended my son use a ‘medium’ grade mattress and we purchased a Simmonds mattress, along with mattress protector and Silentnight pillows. The bed & mattress were delivered on a date and time that suited us, we took the pillows and mattress cover on the day. We found shopping with Dreams a very pleasant experience, there was no pressure, their range of products was excellent, prices affordable, but mainly due to the friendly nature and knowledgeable staff.

Loved the sales woman in the shop. I went in wanting a gel top mattress and came out with a pillow top mattress. We got the padstow which was on offer. When the mattress arrived the delivery men took it upstairs and gave us clear instructions. I thought it would take a while to get used to a new mattress but I’ve never slept so good!
