Great service at the Gravesend branch showroom.I was very impressed with the way Reece (Branch manager)attended and explained everything to details for me.Good selection of beds at reasonable prices. Dreams makes it easy to find something for whatever budget you’re working towards. Delivery service was excellent and very professional.
I will definitely return.Hopefully Reece will still be there 😀

Bought two mattresses: super king, double. To replace existing 10+ year old mattresses: nothing really wrong with SK, but D had springs protruding. Large selection on show, some very expensive! Chose a cheapish, but still good D, and a mid-range foam firm SK. Having slept on them for a few weeks, they're comfortable enough, so far; I'd hope they last as long as the others. Delivery was on time, but, for us, too early: 7 to 9 am!! They didn't ring ahead, and came soon after 7. Deliverers were considerate and efficient. We didn't want removal of old mattresses at £20 each, so we sold them online, which I'd recommend, if you have space? Hopefully, we won't need their services again for another 10+ years!

Visited the store twice before purchasing. Great experience both times, staff were welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. They made the whole experience easy and positive.

Amazing service and atmosphere in Dreams Gravesend. I only purchased a side cabinet but was made to feel like royalty. Would recommend this store to friends and family. The team are highly professional and make a lovely hot chocolate.
