I chose Dreams after hearing really good things about the quality of their beds. Delivery took a bit lot (2months) but I felt it would be worth the wait.The delivery itself was smooth and straightforward. The bed frame did have a strong smell at first, which lasted about two weeks—probably from the adhesive used—but it eventually went away.I let to air ,opening the storage for hours per day.I also followed the advice to let the mattress air out for a few hours before using it.Now that everything’s settled, I’m really happy with the bed. The mattress is great quality (extra firm), and it’s made a big difference to my sleep. I’m very satisfied overall and would definitely recommend Dreams.

Salesperson was not pushy and…
Salesperson was not pushy and overbearing. I was given time to try out various types of mattresses. A pillow was offered. I was also offered a computer analysis of my sleeping positions, which was interesting.

Great bed, great store.
We had wonderful service in the store, the advisor Zakeriye was patient, very helpful and knowledgably about the bedding in store. He took time to inform us of the different mattresses and the support they provided.

Buying a new mattress
Customer Services was excellent on entering the store and being greeted by Jason and Rachacn. Being shown various mattresses.
Delivery by Albert and Martin was without challenges. I was called ahead of time to be advised of delivery and they arrived on time. Kind and courteous as they brought the mattress in and removed their shoes. Took away the old mattress. All round a very good service from Dreams.

Pretty serious !
The bed frame and the mattress are as expected top quality. Went to their showroom to test the bed and than ordered it online, with a great discount.
Company's communication regarding delivery was a great experience; day and time slot were given, managed to change online the delivery day for an earlier day.
