Delivery was straight forward got a call two hours before and the delivery guys where very polite

Lovely bed really comfortable

The mattress that was delivered to me is completely different to the one I tried in the store. The tags say it is the same mattress but it feels like a totally different mattress. I bought it on sale and refunds are not offered - only credits to use on other products in store. When going back into the store to address this, staff were not helpful and told me to walk on the mattress to increase the softness. Can't help but feel I've been scammed as I'll now inevitably have to spend more money to get a mattress that I actually find comfortable. Only one exchange is allowed per purchase and I have no trust in Dreams now, I'm so worried the same thing will happen again when I exchange this one. This was a huge investment for me and something I was really excited about and it's been a massive disappointment. I would avoid Dreams and go elsewhere.

Jalal was so helpful when shopping for a new bed and pillows. He was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time and space to make our decision.
He was not pushy at all and made what I was expecting to be a stressful time actually quite fun.

Vast selection of mattresses. Shopping assistant very knowledgeable. I was impressed by the sophisticated mattress recommendation system!

The gentleman was very helpful. He showed us several beds, he even put me on a machine to test which would suit me best. I cannot thank him enough for all the attention he gave me explaining what would be good for me.

Exceptionally easy to order the mattress. Delivery was great , on time and the team removed all packaging . Simple and efficient process. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Delivery on time and bed put together in no time the delivery men very good.And polite and respectful of property.

The inshop experience was excellent, I got to use the special bed to enable choosing the right mattress for me. The person I interacted with was excellent in customer care. The two persons who delivered the mattress on 27th Feb were efficient, respectful of my home and very helpful in removing the plastic covering and placing it on the base.

I bought a bed and mattress from Dreams in Haringay, which I'm really happy with. I was served by Rashaan and Paula who were extremely helpful and helped me find the exact things I was looking for. They were very friendly, helpful, clear and efficient.

After browsing I was approached a lady who I suspect is the manager. She was warm, friendly, enthusiastic and put me at ease as a sole shopper. Her product knowledge was excellent, offering various alternatives and detailed explanations with ease and patience. She gained my trust and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. Which by the way I was not intending. As someone who has an extensive background in customer service she made a positive lasting impression, which is incredibly rare these days. Not only was she managing three other customers as well as me, delivering the same level of service, she also was leading her team by example. It was evident that the manager had full control of the shopfloor and had the respect and support of her team, who were also highly professional. I was actually shocked by the professionalism of the staff in the store and such a high level of service from a high street brand in Haringey.
I genuinely think you have an amazing team, no doubt nurtured and developed by the store manager. Please look after them they are your best ambassadors. If I still worked in retail I would hire that store manager without hesitation!
