It was difficult for me to get through in changing my mattress for another one in store . Salesman James helped me with great confident when finding myself stressed out with such a small thing . James was compassionate , great calmness to get my double mattress changed for another great one . James is excellent and great calibra of a person for dreams .

Mouldy mattress
Terrible. Delivered a damp and mouldy mattress and won’t pick it up for 4 days. Customer service were rude and unhelpful.
