Dreams - Haringey Reviews 

My elderly parents purchased a mattress and divan at the Haringey branch. Staff in the branch were excellent. My parents paid for the removal of their old mattress and divan. Delivery drivers set up the bed only to find out that there were no holes in the divan for the wheels to go into. The drivers said they had never come across anything like this before and that they will arrange for someone to come back to drill the holes. This is totally unacceptable when they have paid well over £1000 for their goods. I have tried calling customer services and the hold time was approx 10 minutes. I chose the option to be kept in the queue to receive a call back - that was over 20 minutes ago and no one has called.

Last year I ordered a mattress from Dreams. I was served by Jalal, one of the team at Dreams, Haringey (B192). He was extremely patient, efficient, friendly & knowledgable. He explained the pros & cons of each type of mattress suggested to me. I made my choice, a Nature's Finest 4450D medium, went home & did a bit of research & decided that mattress was not for me, as I didn't want a pillowtop type mattress. I phoned Jalal & explained the situation - I went to the Tottenham Court road branch to try out other mattresses & decided on the Flaxby Natures Finest 8150D firm, would be more suitable for me. So I phoned Jalal & he changed my order & at last after several months the mattress has arrived. I am delighted with my choice, it is so comfortable - worth the wait & extra pounds. Throughout, Jalal has kept in touch with me, answered any queries I've had efficiently & patiently - checked up on my order - as the 1st delivery was cancelled because of stock - so he checked the day before - that the delivery would go ahead as planned. Thank you Jalal for your good customer service!!

the mattress is comfortable for now. I hope we don't run into any problems. all is well.

Went to Haringey Retail Park, Very nice branch of dreams extremely helpful, but not pushy which I really appreciate, left me alone to browse as long as I liked.

Great service from Jalal in Haringey, he looked after us from the moment we walked through the door. He invited us to take part in the Dreams mattress experience to find the write fit, then he guided us through all the mattress and bed options, he was super knowledgeable and provided great advice, as well as made sure we didn't have too wait for a really long delivery we can't wait to receive our bed - thanks Jalal!

I bought a mattress and it was sinking in after 2 weeks so I requested an exchange my second mattress was too firm and it is crushing my back, I have back problem and I made the store aware of it. I wake up from the back pain in the middle of the night and I sleep on the couch now. I called them and I explained the problem and what they said was I am not eligible for anything anymore and I won’t be able to return the mattress and I can’t get a refund. I paid a fortune for a mattress and I can not sleep on it it’s like throwing away £899. I will not recommend this company as they only stand for their comfort and money and not as they claim the comfort of their costumers. I will never go back to these people and I am now taking this matter to Ombudsman.

The store member who helped us (Ash) was great. He had a lot of product knowledge and was friendly without being pushy for us to buy. He helped us try the sleep machine to determine which mattress to buy and then directed us to the best options available based on our results. Luckily we visited the last day of a sale so we got a good deal for the products we purchased. Would recommend.

Buying a mattress is a big purchase and Dreams made it easy. The sleep match bed helped us to pick a suitable firmness and then it was down to what we preferred. The sales staff were friendly and helpful, attentive and helped with choosing the right mattress. Delivery was within a week and good notification (email/text/phone) to tell us when it would be arriving. Pleased our slot was a reasonable 11:45-13:45 so we had time to wrap our old mattress in the bag provided. The disposal of the old mattress was a reasonable cost and easier than arranging for the council to remove. Friendly and helpful delivery team. Overall a very positive experience.

Would highly recommend Staff are very welcoming and super helpful with a wide knowledge of all the products, they have great patience don't rush you ,shop is clean, offered us a cold drink. Jalal helped us purchase a beautiful bed and mattress, even tho we kept him late after shop closed thank you....can't wait to try it out now

The staff member was so welcoming when my mother and I entered the store. She was so professional and friendly throughout.
She has the extreme knowledge of the mattresses in which we were both trying to figure out which was best. She was very patient with my mom who is registered blind. She made sure my mom was 100% happy with her choice. She explained the finance option to us as this is what we opted for. I have always been happy with Dreams over all and the cleanliness of the store.

The Dreams store in Haringey was a dream. The staff were super helpful and the Sleepmatch machine helped us pick the perfect mattress. It was an easy and pleasant experience.

Staff were incredibly helpful , knowledgeable , gave options and choices with out pushing a sale or added extras.
