Great service in the shop and delivery
Great service in the shop and delivery. The staff were helpful and friendly, full of good advice and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate in returning to Dreams, the store in Hayes was clean and inviting and Umar was a top notch assistant.

Learning about mattresses
I had a great experience learning about the different brands and quality of mattresses I was recommended to buy as I have sciatica and the assistant Bobby showed me all the correct and best mattresses for that specific problem, She was very helpful with her advice and I was very happy with her assistance.

Bed base scuffed/dirty. Mattress for too high
Going to the shop and puchasing my sleepeaze bed was great. Unfortunately the mattress is far too high. If I had realised this I would never have brought it. I would have opted for a smaller size. I wish the salesperson had given me that option. Also, I noticed scuff and dirt marks on the base of the bed in 2 places which made me think it may have been old stock not new. I could be wrong bit a new expensive bed like this should not be dirty. Only 2 stars from me.

Highly recommend! Was so happy with my mattress, pillows, duvet and topper! Super comfortable. Kishan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Our tempur mattress definitely gives us a good nights sleep! Would definitely recommend this store.
