Professional, helpful and good humoured is how I would describe my visit to Dreams. I was greeted at the door, spoke to Chris about my requirements and she suggested I get analysed by the Sleepmatch technology. Wasn't expecting that, but it looked fun and I couldn't resist! A few minutes later and I was invited to try 3 mattresses, recommended by Sleepmatch. Chris took me through these options clearly and good naturedly, I was given time time to consider and browse other options. Having made my decision, the process to purchase a bed frame and mattress was smooth and clear. I also bought a couple of pillows (of the type that I had used when trying the mattresses), and took advantage of the repeated offers of water and coffee! All round, a very good purchasing experience, so much better than picking from a screen online and worth the extra pennies.

The mattress arrived on time, with two very polite men. The Lady at Dreams Hereford, (Chris) could not have been more helpful. The Mattress that was recommended,to me, is absolutely perfect. I went to purchase a mattress with an aching back, after a week of sleeping on the new mattress, I’m pain free. Thank you Dreams. My Grandson is waiting for his new mattress tomorrow. I hope he will be as happy as I am.

We were greeted straight away by a very knowledgeable and genuine young lady. She took us through the whole process and explained things very well. We tried several beds after being on the test bed and prices were explained well. Purchase was completed and delivery set up and we were kept updated re. delivery times so it was a very good experience from start to finish.

The service at Your Hereford store is not up to standard I was told if I did not like the mattress I can exchange it I went on today they said yes but I would have to pay a extra £100 plus £95 delivery charges which I paid on the first mattress I

From entering the shop to delivering to assembly clear precise explanation of how it works taking away the old bed. You where all exceptional thank you so much for everything

Helpful and knowledgeable staff who were not pushy. They listened to our requirements and got us what we needed, of course they asked if we needed add ons etc but once declined they didn't pursue or pressure us. Excellent service.

The bed we bought has been a great investment. you can't put a price on a good sleep.

Very informative staff, asked twice if we wanted a beverage( we didn't) and very patient. Took us through the whole process and did not oversell so made the experience more helpful. The mattress l purchased was very different to what we were used to but is fulfilling it's requirements in why it was purchased. The delivery staff were also very professional in all that they did.

Great service and a great mattress

I had a great experience at Dreams Hereford. Lorna was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I wish there were more consultants like Lorna.
