We always purchase our beds from Dreams as we like the quality of their beds. The sales people are great, try their best to explain things properly. This time the delivery team (Rob & his colleague) were also very good. They were friendly, polite & pofessional. They fixed the bed properly & exlained different things nicely to us. I wish them all the best.

Good and fast service and very comfortable mattress

This is a review of Dreams and their CS which has given me massive headaches - where to even begin. Ordered a mattress with some pillows on the 3rd January from your Ilford store; mattress arrived as expected but no sign of the bedding for weeks now! I phone CS, and they behave like they couldn't care less about the continued delays. Alarm bells started to ring when they first sent me an RM tracking number that simply never updated, they gave me assurances it'll arrive soon. Nothing came! Fast track to the day it was meant to arrive and nothing! Phoned them again, only for them to realise that the package is likely to be lost with RM. Frustrating! Again, no communication or apologies from them prior to me calling as to why my package hasn't got to me when it was supposed to.. Because I can assure you that it doesn't take this long to receive items that you order from online retailers!

Anyway, they've now re-ordered the items (Monday), and I'm not going to hold my breath that even these will arrive because.. as you guessed it... the new tracking link has not updated yet (Tuesday)! I am beginning to think now that I've been scammed by Dreams, and they're just fobbing me off in order to avoid having to refund my money because they actually have no clue what is going on.

I asked the CS on the phone at the time whether it can be sent via Parcelforce (another courier I know they use) and they just refuse, saying that it's another department that dispatches these items and how they send it is up to them. If your Ilford store had told me that I would never get these items or that it'll take 2 months to receive a set of pillows, I wouldn't have bothered ordering in the first place! But no, you guys treat this situation as if I've won these items for free or something. Continually having to call them and chase just gives me a headache and is a waste of my time.

Never again will I order any bedding or accessories through you or your stores ever again! I would be even more concerned if you'd have sent my mattress via Royal Mail! Phone support always busy and takes forever to get through, the live chat service is not "live" and takes a while to get a response. The advisor 'James' in the Ilford store was helpful at the point of sale, but even after that there is not much they can do! If these items do not arrive, then I will be escalating my complaint and contacting the Ombudsman because of your incompetencies in providing the service I have paid for!

Moral of the story - they're OK at delivering mattresses but for anything else, I would avoid!
