Everything was perfect from choosing to delivering. No problems. Staff at store and delivery men were both very polite and efficient.

From the time we entered the store to the delivery, everything went smoothly, with helpful and friendly staff with good product knowledge. Such a change nowadays to have something go so smoothly!!!

We had intended to buy a mattress from one of the new online companies. However we had had a bad experience and thought we'd pop in to Dreams to see what they had. I'm so glad we did, Jade was absolutely brilliant, took us through the sleep scanning thing (no idea what its called!) and was brilliant at helping us without ever being pushy or too salesy. The whole process was easy, the offers were impressive, the 100 night guarantee and the excellent delivery service were faultless. And most importantly we love the mattress we chose. Thanks Dreams and thanks to Jade at their Newport store - amazing service!

The care and customer service was superb. I have a comfortable bed for the first time in many years and I love it. The guys who set the bed up for me were amazing ..can't speak highly enough.

Dreams in Newport Isle of Wight were excellent. One visit to them and we didn’t bother trying any other shop. The salesman was knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to get us to spend more than we needed.
The bed arrived on time, we paid to have it assembled to save us the bother. The chaps were great and took all the packaging away.
We’re really pleased with our new bed and have been sleeping so well.

Good, responsive service in the showroom. Everything ran to time and was painless. Delivery well organized, on time and customer sensitive (use of slippers for in house installation). Overall, excellent communication. Also liked the interval before seeking customer review.

My whole experience with dreams was a pleasure from start to finish … jade in the Newport store couldn’t have been more helpful pleasant and lovely , a credit to her employer … a perfect sales assistant… sometimes very rare these days . Mrs Parker .

The delivery staff were helpful, polite and asked if they should put their protective overshoes on, I told them not to bother! They carried my new mattress up stairs and removed my old one, without hassle.
