Very welcoming staff, told them what we wanted and they showed us a few options, one of which we chose.

5-star service from a great member of staff Carol in the Preston store!
From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming and friendly, without being pushy.
After being offered a lovely cup of coffee, we were helped to use the Sleepmatch bed, and given lots of useful information about the subsequent recommended mattresses. Again we were helped to try out the one we ultimately decided on. My husband has a disability so we were very grateful for the support she provided.
Carol then went through all the order process and finance options, and advised us on pillow choices when we asked about those.
After completing our order, we left the store with a spring in our step, feeling fully confident we had bought a quality product with great customer service included!
Thank you again Carol, we had our first night's sleep and didn't want to get up this morning zzzzzz

Dreams, Preston showed me exactly what I was looking for, and were extremely helpful.

Great smooth experience, expert knowledge amongst the staff. We entered the shop with no knowledge in mattresses but left with a brand new mattress and bed frame to be delivered straight to us. Luke was great at Preston Dreams, we were highly satisfied with the service and can't wait to recieve the products.

We bought a new mattress the Dreams Therapur ActiGel D Mattress and it was delivered last week
We bought this make due to our son purchasing the same mattress before Xmas and he said that it was the best mattress he ever had as he has spinal problems and he loved it so we went and bought the same one
It’s the best mattress we ever slept on and although not cheap don’t regret buying it we have slept much better
Also Luke who served us was really helpful but not intrusive but was there if we wanted help and we felt like valued customers
All in all a superb purchase and would recommend it to anyone who needs a really good quality mattress that is super comfy

We recently purchased an adjustable bed and mattress from the Preston store. From beginning to end the service was excellent. The delivery was seamless and all staff friendly and courteous. The products are good quality. The only reason I dropped a star was because the lead time for delivery was 8 weeks due to the bed being an adjustable one. In fairness, we were told of this at the time of purchase and it was delivered on the date given.

We ordered our new bed and mattress today, Bill talked us through what we needed,he wasn't pushy just incredibly informative and very patient! My husband is really indecisive! We made our decision with bills help and were so happy when we Realised we got new pillows, mattress protector and new quilt what a great deal!! And our bed is being delivered so quickly!! What a fantastic company and wonderful customer service! Thank you Bill and the other staff at Preston dreams!

Proffesional and friendly staff. I dident feel like i was being pressured to buy something i was unsure about. Even got a cup of tea. Delivery was in the time scale given and again proffesional friendly staff. The best thing of all, the choice of mattress i made. Love it.

The sales assistants were very patient and sympathetic to my needs. They shared their own experiences and could not recommend their products enough. I loved the 'mattress matching' service. It felt as though the comfort needs of each customer could be analysed and met to the best of their abilities.

From going into the shop and choosing the bed, and also getting the help and advice we needed, to it being delivered and set up. The experience was easy and painless.
After all that the bed is comfortable and well worth the money. We are very happy with the package. Thanks
