Second bed i've purchased from dreams over the years, as always they have been fantastic, the beds feel alot more quality when walking into the show rooms than other competitors. The fact they offer 0% finance on purchases makes all the difference in these times. fully recomended. i originally went into the blackburn branch and a chap named Sully he was the best and most helpful salesman we have come across extremely friendly and knowledgable made us feel comfortable. did the final purchase in preston as was closer.

On purchasing the mattress from the Preston store I would give 5stars. The team member Ian was friendly & knowledgeable. However 18months later the mattress/ pillow topper started to sink which causes us both constant pain, in the shoulders, hip and back. I purchased the extended warranty and had 2 'independent' inspections which stated the dipping in the mattress was 2.5cm on each side which doesn't come under a fault, the dip has to exceed 3.5cm. But it means theres a ridge in the middle of 2.5cm, the sides have also bagged out too. I feel the quality of this mattress and pillow topper is very poor compared to the price we spent on it. Dreams declined my claim saying the condition is expected after time. So, after only having the mattress 22months now, we can't manage how uncomfortable it is nor the pain it's causing anymore. However Dreams have been in contact since and offered us 2 options to resolve the matter, which I'm very happy with. So we'll be getting a new mattress and they'll dispose of the old one too. Thank you Dreams, very good customer service & resolution management.

Having decided which mattress we wanted to purchase we visited the store, the staff were excellent, offered us a drink, and were very helpful. We tried the mattress we wanted and decided to buy it. I tried the sleepmatch and it confirmed it was the correct mattress we had chosen.
When the new mattress arrived I found it firmer than I wanted so rang the store, the Manager was more than helpful and explained that as it had come from the factory it would feel firmer than the one in store. Having slept on the mattress for 2 weeks it has now bedded in and I love it, I had forgotten what a good night's sleep was like with my old mattress.
I would definitely recommend Dreams if you are looking for a good night's sleep.

I ordered my new bed from Dreams at Preston and the sales assistant was helpful and not pushy at all. The bed was due to be delivered around 4 weeks later but because I hadn't finished my decorating I had to delay delivery. I did that online and it really was amazing easy (I have to admit I had expected problems). On delivery day I was contacted to check everything was still okay for delivery. The 2 delivery men were really polite and covered their shoes and took away all the rubbish. I had paid to have the bed assembled by them which they did. I didn't purchase a mattress from Dreams but on asking the delivery guys carried my existing mattress in from another room for me as I couldn't manage it on my own. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received. Thank you.
