The sales assistant was brilliant in the Park gate store and didn’t rush me and was so helpful around my disabilities. I took my daughters and we was all offered a cuppa and I got the chance to be read by the computer bed which offered me the best bed and mattress for me needs. I’ve got to say the bed is extremely comfortable and I’ve not slept in year like I have this last week

Lovely helpful staff in store and delivery was smooth with no issues. Happy with our new bed. Only downside was limited delivery date options.

The sales assistants were knowledgeable and explained points well. The delivery team were punctual and removed the old bed successfully. They then put together the new one and were careful with surroundings.

From the beginning at the shop the sales representatives were extremely helpful we chose the mattress we wanted and they gave us a delivery date. The delivery men were spot on they took the mattress upstairs and placed it on the bed then removed our old mattress.
The only down side is that we find the mattress to be slightly harder than what we were expecting.

The guys appeared when they said they were, did the job quickly but efficiently. They were very pleasant

Honestly this new mattress is the best purchase that I've made in a long time! My and partner decided to treat ourselves to a king size bed for our new home we recently bought and needed a new mattress to go along with it. We took a trip to dreams to have a look at mattresses and luckily they had a sale going on as well (which made things better after buying a new home) and a very lovely worker called Danielle came up to us asking if we needed any help. Honestly Danielle is the most loveliest and professional person I have come across in a store lately, she had a smile on her face, really friendly, easy to chat to, just generally made the store and shopping experience great! We tried their mattress machine to see what mattress would suit us best, partner came up as any combination is fine, mine had all this specific things that would be best for me because my body has to be awkward like that! I said we were currently on a memory foam mattress at the moment but I wake up in a lot of pain and through the night. She showed us a few mattresses that would help benefit me with the needs I needed and was patient while we tried them out and made sure we were comfortable on them. After choosing the right mattress we had a chat, arranged delivery and paid up, Danielle made sure we were happy with our choice and can change our mind before delivery date as well. Now the mattress is here we have both honestly had the best night sleep in a long time! I don't wake up in as much pain anymore, partner says his back feels a lot better then it use to, both now feel properly refreshed and ready for the day! I would highly recommend people to visit this branch for a new mattress! Really has given me the better night sleep that has been needed for a long time!

Assistants in the shop were very attentive and helpful. Liked the idea of being able to check the type of bed required before choosing. Efficient notification by email of delivery. Very friendly delivery men who were very respective of property. Brought slippers before entering the house and advised use of bed after delivery and unpacked new mattress and took old one for recycling. Nothing to fault. Now got an extremely comfortable mattress and a good night's sleep.
