We entered the Parkgate store looking for a complete single bed for myself. We were met by Michael who was friendly and welcoming. I am elderly with various mobility and joint problems and I needed a new mattress which was going to give me a good nights sleep. Michael was very knowledgeable and gave fantastic advice.
I used the bed calculating machine and was offered a choice of three mattresses that would be the most suitable for me. We drank coffee together and had a great chat while deciding which bed we were going for
The whole experience was absolutely brilliant. My bed was delivered three weeks ago and it's so comfy.

Dreams were helpful and knowledgeable and sorted me a good mattress and bed out.
They put it together for me and took my old bed and mattress away.
I am really pleased with my new pocket sprung mattress with topper

Purchased a couple of single beds and mattresses ,very comfortable and great value ,also the staff at dreams rotherham branch were very helpful ,friendly and would definitely recommend this place

As we walked into the Rotherham store we were greeted by Catherine , we told her we had come to look for a mattress and Catherine explained to us about the sleep match machine . We picked our choice of pillow each and began the experience which was quite enjoyable . After a few minutes the sleep match machine had done its job and we had a few mattresses to try out and choose from . Catherine then asked if we’d like a drink while we made our mind up . The mattress we eventually chose happened to be the top one the machine had picked out for us we were suitably impressed . Catherine made the whole thing a pleasant experience .

We wanted to invest in a decent bed, shopped around a few showrooms, and found the Dreams staff to be the most friendly, helpful, and weren't pushy at all. We used their mattress tester and were informed on detail on the different mattresses. Delivery was so smooth, the guys assembled it in no time at all. We love the bed and mattress, it's so comfy. My auntie ended up buying the same bed frame after seeing ours!

Poor communication & lacking customer service.
Ordered a bed & mattress online which had approx 4 week delivery time, which was no issue. Ordered and confirmed, shortly followed by delivery date confirmation.
Free travel pillow was sent immediately ( didn’t really want but came with the mattress). Delivery day came and hadn’t received a time slot so called to find out that my ordered had been cancelled due to discontinued ( these things happen ) However the poor communication is what I take exception with , upon asking why I hadn’t been informed prior, the response was insufficient to say the least ‘ tried to call you on 30th’ , to which on review a missed call from unknown number , yet no voicemail , no email follow up, well just hold on to the £1800 & let you take a day off work for no apparent reason but the main thing that was lacking was an apology.
Refund requested albeit advised to pick something else … ‘no thanks’ & then informed we can’t refund your full amount as you have received a travel pillow ! So withheld £30 until the beloved pillow was returned which after some more red tape on how to return I delivered safely to your Rotherham Parkgate store …. Where to no avail the poor service continued & the man who took full details from me & assured he would email me confirmation to no surprise failed to do so.
Very poor Dreams … zero customer experience both online & in store.

Fabulous customer service from walking in store to leaving .The staff was freindly ,knowledgeable and listened to our needs .We love our new mattress.The two lads that delivered were absolutely brilliant .Again freindly ,courteous and respectful .All in all we had a good experience shopping at Dreams Rotherham abs would highly recommend .

Dreams held our delivery back whilst we were waiting for our property to complete.

The sales representatives were very pleasant and took their time to show us all the suitable mattresses available to suit our requirements, The delivery was on time and again very friendly staff.

Great experience since using the sleepmatch facility in the Dreams shop to delivery and installation. Purchased a super king bed with Harrison Spinks mattress. Brilliant advice and great price. Definitely recommend Dreams .

Attended store for a new bed for my brother who has dementia. On 2 occasions he was dizzy due to the anxiety of being there. The sales assistant was understanding and offered to get him a drink. To make the transition of the new bed arriving easier on my brother we opted for the recycling option. At the end of the sale we were given a green recycling bag for the mattress, I explained my brother wouldn't be able to put the mattress in the bag due to his dementia he would forget. The assistant added a note to the delivery explaining this and that more time may be needed for the delivery as the staff would have to do this. On the day of the delivery I rang my brother to see if he liked his new bed, he was upset and said he didn't know and that his bedroom was full of boxes. The bed was not assembled!!! Not once whilst in store was we told this, if we had known we would have paid for this to be done tomake the transition stress free for my brother! We contacted the store to be told we needed to pay extra for this service, we explained we would have if we had been informed! The man explained it was one of the easiest beds to but together, a few screws and it would be all fine. We explained we wasn't happy so was given the customer service number. We rang this to be told there was a 50 minute queue. Due to the level of anxiety my brother was in we decided to try assembling it ourselves, although I had to leave work unpaid to do this. Over 120 screws and Four and a half hours later the bed was up. I would highly recommend avoiding this company, we were not informed fully despite it being blatantly obvious my brother could not even manage a recycling bag and the assistant knowing we couldn't be there on the delivery date, it still was not explained to us regarding the assembly of the bed. I would have given this a Zero star if it had been an option
