Cannot fault this company. The staff were so helpful and found just what I was after with out being pushy. I am very happy with the new bed and would recommend this company to everyone.

We were in the market for new beds for moving home. After shopping around we decided to try Dreams at Rotherham. We were allowed to browse with no pressure. We then asked for some information and took advantage of their advanced technology bed unit analysis on type of mattress to look for. We tried several and chose the ones for us all. Amazing deal with customer service second to none. We were awaiting a move date and this was no problem at all. Come delivery day we were kept well informed and the guys were awesome. Clean, punctual and cared about what they do. We moved in this week and after only a couple of nights we are much more rested and back pain we suffer with has reduced massively. We would recommend anyone to make Dreams their 1st choice for beds based on our experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely 5* to Dreams for simplicity of purchase online, for having my ideal bed and mattress in at a great price, and rapid delivery date. And 25* for installation guys who were absolutely amazing - courteous, professional, polite, efficient- an absolute Dream Team thank you. The bed and mattress are perfect by the way - really comfy and practical.

We supported our Dad in purchasing a bed in the shop. The staff gave good advice and showed great knowledge about all the products. They were friendly, kind and very attentive. The staff that delivered the bed and installed it were also of the highest standard. The bed itself is super comfortable and enables a greater independence.

From the minute we walked in the door we was asked if needed any help, we was put on the sleep match to determine what mattresses suited us and we went around trying the mattresses that we matched to, although I never thought I'd spend that much for a mattress I did you get what you pay for and it was the best decision as my partner woke up every morning with bad back and after buying a mattress from dreams it was alot better, the customer service was second to none we was offered a drink as well, we was asked if wanted extra protection which included mattress protector which we got, all the staff were very friendly and had a laugh with them I'd definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

I went to the Rotherham store looking for a bed for my first home. I went with my mum and as soon as we arrived, Kerry asked if we wanted a cup of tea and showed me how to use the Sleepmatch machine.
I'd never tried it before but it was brilliant - much better than trying to guess what I should buy.

Kerry showed me some suitable mattress options and went out of her way to find me my ideal bed frame.

Not only was I happy to have bought the right mattress and bed frame, but Kerry and the team were so lovely - friendly but not pushy, knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted.

Compared to the other bed store there (Bensons for Beds), Dreams was like a breath of fresh air. I felt really valued and will be returning to Dreams for any future bed purchases. Thank you Kerry, Michael and Danielle!

Mum and dad bought a bed on November 29th 2022 from dreams Parkgate asking the sales person mum dad wanted assembly, but wen bed was delivered it wasn't assembled because the sales person instore didn't put assembly on the invoice as asked,while mum and dad at 80yrs old struggled to put the bed together etc mum broke her foot ,attended hospital for a operation that luckily saved her foot and now in a cast for 8 weeks, I have emailed dreams and they don't want to no although this was due to the sales person not putting assembly on the invoice as asked

I recently bought some pillows and duvets from the parkgate store, in rotherham. Danielle was fantastic, and very knowledgable. a credit to the store.

The store worker was very friendly and helpful with helping us to find the right mattress for me and my husband. The machine in the store which was used to match us to what mattresses would be best for us, felt quite strange as wasn't something we'd done before but it definitely helped point us in the right direction of a decision on our purchase

Had a successful trip to dreams at Rotherham park gate recently where we were assisted by friendly staff who were not at all pushy.
