Made welcome by Bobbie as soon as we entered the store. We were asked lots of questions to get the right product for our needs. Went on the sleep match bed and narrowed down to 4 mattresses. We were not rushed and left alone to get the right choice for our needs. Once we had decided a cup of tea was made. Great service throughout - felt valued as a customer. Had the mattress for 2 weeks now and it's so comfortable. Delivery was on time as stated and excellent service received by Delivery team. Would highly recommend DREAMS.

We originally popped in just to look at mattresses for ourselves, but with Harry’s help we ended up buying mattresses for our daughters as well. He guided us through the Sleepmatch machine, which analysed our body type, sleep preferences and other factors to recommend the right firmness.

Harry then showed us several mattress and pillow options within our price range that suited us perfectly. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, and he made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

We’re really happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this store. Thanks again, Harry!

Very attentive lady looked after us to test and check everything. Could not do enough for us and she treated us very well. Delivery was excellent and we need do nothing extra - all was left to them and done by them. Bed better than the one replaced and my back is getting used to it. Will be in touch if improvement does not occur.

Great experience at Dreams in Staines. Very knowledgeable sales assistant who guided us to the mattress computerised machine which advised us which mattress was most suitable for us and the a smooth process of buying and ordering. Delivery was no fuss and contacted us the day before with a two hour slot for delivery. Would recommend.

A good range of choice of mattresses- however don’t be fooled that more expensive is better - turned out their cheapest one is sooooo comfortable , moulded into it on my first nights sleep & a free protector thrown in !
