We visited the Staines branch within the Two Rivers Shopping area. As soon as we entered we were met with a friendly good morning and a here to help if you need anything. After a suitable period, a gentleman approached us and asked if he could assist. His knowledge, but non-pushy approach were welcome. He introduced us to Dreams' Sleepmatch Device on which both bed partners lie and allow the technology of this device to ascertain all key factors to identify what type of mattress etc are best for your bodies requirements. We then were led toward a selection of mattresses to lie on and try with this technology at the forefront of which we were to try. We were given different pillows to try also. We had already made our choice of bed, size etc, & we wanted the perfect mattress to make bedtime truly its most comfortable and rewarding. Kishan was our bed specialist and his knowledge seemed limitless. No question remained unanswered and his time was completely ours. We spent a good hour and a half in the store and felt totally welcome and thoroughly served during our time in the store, even down to refreshment. When we sat down to complete our order, we also met the Branch Manager and he was also extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome in his branch. I believe his name was Harry. Our order has not been filled as yet, our choice, but based on our in-store experience, I would highly recommend this branch for a warm welcome, a non pushy approach, a very knowledgeable team and a thorough approach on finding you the best bed and mattress to meet your requirements. Kishan is also an exemplary member of your team and deserves recognition.

The staff were attentive and answered all our questions. All options for mattresses, pillows, bed frames and headboards were discussed and shown to us. The quote we received was very competitive and after a few days we decided to buy. On returning to the store to place the order a few days later we found out further reductions were available for mattress & bedframe combined purchases.

Quick and smooth delivery. The delivery men assembled the bed frame in 30 minutes, put our mattress on the bed and showed me how to open/close the ottoman. Very pleased with the bed frame and mattress both from Dreams. Good quality and sturdy.
